All the employees are rude no class at all. Sucking their teeth at customers. I had went into the fitting room to try on clothes and one of the employees lost everything and did not even try to locate where the clothes had gone to. They lost my clothes on purpose and were all laughing about it in the corner like little children. All they do is talk about the customers and dont do any work. Forever 21 went from class to trash. They had definitely lost a customer I will not be going back. Worst experience!! Im being nice giving this place even one star. All the clothes that I did buy had stains on it. They should definitely think about getting new employees. Dont go to forever 21 in kings plaza!!!

Clothes, shoes made of plastic and cheaply made accessories. Shop here for what is considered their latest fashion. The clothes will stretch and not last 2-3 months. Its good for one night out cause everyone will recall the outrageous look from this store. They never have a good selection-its like one of a kind find. They do have a 1x -3x sizes so even if you arent 21 you can still get clothes and be heavier than a size 2. The staff is mediocre- if you can find someone. Very long lines which are loaded with crap make up and cheap wallets to try to make you salivate to buy. I can pass this store up.

I went looking for a evening dress and found nothing. Just casual dresses and skirts. As someone who wears petite, I was very disappointed in finding nothing. But, I might have been able to find something if not for all the clothes on the floor and the tremendous mess, with people walking on the clothes and throwing it when they were done looking at it. I found one cute dress but, there were holes and stains. Not coming back and just ordering online next time.

Went in there yesterday, although they do have a very small mens section (thats why I gave them 4 stars.) The employees were doing their job, I went into the dressing room and the lady helped me holding the clothes I wanted to try because there was a limit, She was very nice and happy about doing her job. Not bad of a location, should expand mens section, other than that, great store.

This is my 2nd time going to this location and each time they left an alarm on my product. The first time I had to go back and have it removed which was inconvenient. The 2nd time the alarm went off as I was leaving and the sales associate treated me like I stole something and even after she verified my receipt she didnt apologize the customer service here is very poor

It was terrible clothes is everywhere and theres really nothing in stores ! Everything on the first floor is stripes which is tacky . And the workers are so slow... this place needs a lot of work

Supervisor and management at this stoor is disrespectful and have attitude, they lack of customer service skills here is unbelievable. Cant believe forever21 even give them a job.
