I think the new store has so many new employees who isnt even aware of how to deal with customers! Very bad customer service! Went in to get an iPhone 6 and they said we had to wait in a line with the people who are buying iPhone 6s. I understand if u have to wait in line for a brand new product which just got on the shelves but an iPhone 6 well u really dont have to go into the hassle of waiting!!! On top of it when I was asking if the wait was long the arrogant sales person yelled saying you have to wait wth m just asking a question, that wouldnt have been much of a trouble for him to answer, would it? He was like I cant promise u ll get a phone blah blah... There were prob like 5 people infront of us and they said they waited for more than an hour!!! Wow u cant even handle a bunch of customers forget it if it was like the Way in the 5th avenue stores where they have to deal with thousands of people!!! Apple should hire more competent, capable people who would handle business more efficiently without the drama!!!

I went today around 10:50 because I had a issue with the signal and I thought they were very well trained to solve my problem , instead of fixing the the software or whatever was , the girl ( a Asian young ) tried to restore the phone and she was unable to fix it she said the antenna was broken , and there not way to fix because theres not communication between the phone and apple. I told her to try to find the way to set the phone the way it was ( at least I could still use applications and Internet ) she took the phone to the technicals and I was hoping they could something and they said to her the phone is useless and theres no way back to fix it. I was frustrated and mad but I saw a place where they fix and sell phones and they fix it in 10 minutes.. PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE IN APPLE SHOULD BE TRAINED TO HELP PEOPLE AND KEEP COSTUMERS , PEOPLE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY IN THESE DEVICES .. DEFINITELY NOT BUYING NOTHING APPLE ANYMORE

You have no idea how enraged I am with apple and this store, I came here to fix a simple crack and they said my phone didnt pass the calibration test and I was given a new phone. two days later the screen went black I went the same day back to this store where they "fixed" the problem THEN the same day after I got home it went black again. I went back to the store to replace the phone which they did. NOW this phone camera doesnt work and I cant make any phonecalls. Im so disgusted with apple, apparently other people have experienced the same problem with the replacement phone their given at apple when they just went in for a simple screen repair. I cant wait to go back and get my money back. their scammers taking away good working phones and giving ppl damaged refurbished phones. completely disgusted.

The Apple store. What else needs to be said about an Apple Store that hasnt already been said? This place is great for trying stuff out. If you like Apple products, but not sure which one to buy? Stop by and try them out. Their selection of accessories is on par with some of the other large retailers for specific products, if not better (iPhone, iPod, iPad, Laptops, etc). However, where Apple Stores really excel above all others, is their customer service. You are nearly guaranteed to get a Mac Specialist who is knowledgable, and passionate about products they sell. Really, the only reason why Ive giving a 4 star instead of 5, is because this location has been pretty packed each time I go. But I guess thats the norm for Apple Stores these days. Almost all of them are busy now.

This is like the worst apple store. You spent hours just to pay for something. Then when you try to get help at the genius bar they make you sit and wait for 20 minutes before you are being helped. Supposedly when they tell you to pick up your repair device in an hour it should take five minutes to get. They make you wait an additional 45 minutes because only one person is there to retrieve the device. Also as a brand new store it already looks like crap inside. There is so many ceiling leaks. Its really bad please dont go there you will definitely regret your experience. Oh yea the customer service sucks. Its like everyone has attitude. And that is not the standard of Apple. The Roosevelt field store is much better.

You know I had a Samsung phone and it worked fine I can put music and whatever directly into my phone idk what came over me to get an iPhone cause it seems like apple as a company doesnt even care about customer satisfaction anyways I went inside with four albums to put On the crapphone and they told me Im not allowed to do that my question is for what reason? Something that does not cost your company any money u can do for customers and you know what they said "we can show u how to use it but ur not allowed to put music on our iTunes because its a demo" that make no sense to me and after buying a 800 dollar phone I dont have money for a laptop long story short I just went to a library

The China Consumers Association (CCA) has made a query to Apple regarding complaints made by owners of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s phones, concerning a problem where the devices automatically shut down for no apparent reason. According to the CCA, a considerable number of users have seen their iPhones automatically shut off despite having 50-60 percent battery levels, as well as randomly shutting down while at room temperature or in colder environments. Other users have complained that they cannot turn their phones back on, despite constantly charging the battery.

Poorly managed right now. Feels like newly hired employees with very stand-offish attitudes. Not very helpful or positive. Employees not well trained have poor responses to customers issues and lack of technical skill or troubleshooting abilities. Would go to a more established store in manhattan where reputation means something. Felt like i was in a third party retailer rather than a corporate apple store location. This store is only blocks away from my house, theres no way i will be returning.

Came to repair my iPhone 6s. They are so welcoming, and so friendly. They have a lot of employees with the Apple T-shirt. Honestly, more employees than they need. All of them are super cool and ready to assist you with any issue. Variety of products. But, Just one thing, I didnt like was, they dont have the prices displayed. It could have made easier for customer choose the product on their budget. They should display the price of every single product next to it.

Went for a cracked screen replacement for a iPhone 7 plus, they said 90 minutes took 2 hours, then first the phone still has glue on the top of the screen, then later I also noticed the bottom of the screen still has a small piece of glass!! Such terrible work! Take 2 hours to do a simple job then two mistakes, they need to fire these bad employees I am sure other people have had worse experiences. I need to go back and see if they can fix this dumb screw up!
