Long Island Comics has a vast inventory of nothing but comics. It was the first comic book store I went to, and Ive just kept coming back ever since. Owned and managed by one friendly gentleman, Frank is polite, and always willing to help a customer find whatever theyre looking for. He offers good discounts on back issues, graphic novels, and is always well stocked on new releases. But if theres something he doesnt have, he can special order an extra copy for you at no extra cost. Also available is a reserve list for monthly titles, so youll never have to worry about being up to date on your favorite title.

The owner is opinionated and the books are everywhere, which is why I love this shop. you can find real gems here, whether it be comics, TPs, or GNs. Youll have a great conversation with the owner and the regulars too, which seem to be in the mid to older crowd, and are comic veterans
