Dont get me wrong - this is a really nice bookstore with a Starbucks and free Wi-Fi. If youre a book lover youll love coming here to browse and read on the many seats available. The books on the history of Long island towns are my favorite. The downside is the price of the books are too high even compared to Barnes & Nobles own website! I wanted to buy a book that cost $15 on their site but they could only sell it for $25. Theres really no reason to buy a book here when you can find it a lot cheaper elsewhere unless you need the book right at the moment.

Nice looking bookstore, but a hassle to actually buy a book. I brought my purchase to the checkout, but the cashier held up the line to sell $25 memberships to a "book club". There was only one cashier on a Friday night. The cashier tried to get me to purchase the book club membership THREE times while I was just trying to purchase one book. Who needs high pressure sales tactics- at a bookstore? I said forget it and bought it online, and it was cheaper. Needs less book club and more customer service.

The customer service truly depends on who is working. I have had terrible experiences and really pleasant ones at this location. My best experiences were in the childrens book section. I mostly try to find items on my own. The Starbucks here/cafe is not good. I felt I wasted my money. The coffee drinks are never good. Ive tried multiple times hoping it would be better. Never is. Books Yes. Coffee No.

One of my favorite Barnes and Nobles locations, always well kept and fairly large in size. They have a good selection of books, movies, music, and have a Starbucks inside (though it doesnt accept gift cards/ Starbucks app payment). Unfortunately Ive purchased less from here over the years as the same books are cheaper online, but the convenience and selection makes this a great location.

I love Barnes and noble thanks to them I have a library in my room. They sell manga which many places dont and the widest variety of books I have ever seen! I go about once a month.

Love this book store. They pretty much have everything from books, comics, magazines to toys, games, food, etc. And now they sell vinyl and have a decent selection. Woo hoo!

Every time I have come here there is only one cashier working, long lines and employees who dont come to help. Today, Larry came up front, saw the long line and walked away.
