Greedy price gougers. For example. Old El Paso Frozen burritos can be obtained at Wegmans, P&C, Walmart, Target, all at a price of 5.99. Tops charges 8.99 for the same product. On top of their overpricing, the staff is rude, they understaff the place so the lines are always long with like one register open. Really? They pay these people minimum wage. With the prophets they are getting by over charging customers youd think they could hire another minimum wage worker to handle the lines.

Generally, Im not overly fond of the clientele of the Shop City store and I do think Tops is higher priced on average than other grocery stores. However, on my visit today the store was out of crab salad and Tops actually makes THE best crab salad. The guys in the meat department whipped me up a container of the salad. They could have just said "sorry" but they didnt. I really appreciated that and wish more stores were like that. Thank you.

Worst tops ever been to makes me never wanna return to a tops again rude cashers, Manger at night very nasty to costumer when u express complaints to him security follows people by profile makes u feel uncomfortable to shop when someone following u through whole store then called corporate to complain about the experience an they acted like they cared an said I would receive a call back an never received 1 back dont even wanna give 1 star

The prices too high for quality of the store. Customer service is rude, the cashiers are hella mean, theres not much choices. The security guard is racist. The fact that they have a security guard shouldve told me off the bat that the store was a dump. Parts of the ceiling in the store are missing, there are buckets of water EVERYWHERE because of the leaky ceiling. The place is a complete and total DUMP.

Shop at this Tops only because it is the closest to home. And only if I dont have time to go to another store farther away. The quality of the produce is terrible, Lucky to find something that should not be thrown out. Pricing is higher than most other stores and worst of all is the fact that there could be 10 - 20 people in line and they still will only have 2 cashiers open.

Do not go to this Tops, TERRIBLE customer service. Asked for the manager, he was even worse then the others. I live 3 blocks from this store and I will GLADLY travel to go to anu other store in town. They send you emails for sales and then tell you they arent valid when you are going through the line.

As bad as grocery can get! They carry almost no novel items, there is literally 1 thing I find here and nowhere else. If it wasnt for the location, I would never shop at this dump. Night manager stares at 9 customers and 1 open register and decides pushing carts around is the thing to do. Despicable!

Regardless of anything else, having me get in line to check-in my bag is not "friendly". This is not an airport. Plus, hey dont have Tofurky and theyre Boca is marked up 200℅ vs Aldis.

Ok in a pinch but I think their prices are a bit high. Not the best selection of products either. There are much better Tops locations but for something quick it suffices.

The store is convenient for local residents. There isnt any competitor really close by for foot traffic. The prices here are high and the option are limited it seems.

Only 2 lanes open, as usual. Had everything we needed and even with only 2 lanes open we checked out quickly. Cashier wad super polite too.

There were no carts! I only had to few items, but it was very awkward trying to carry the big items I did have.
