Its shocking how awful this store is. Its dirty, the staff are largely intent on not being helpful or even civil to customers, and 9 times out of 10 produce is just horrible. This morning I suggested that a manager open a line for a handicapped customer who could not make sense of the self-check out (neither could I, frankly) and she actually laughed at me, I strongly recommend the SU Coop (just down the road) which actually has organic and fresh produce, extremely nice and helpful staff, and a community ethos about making our neighborhoods better places and "giving back."

Normally, I wouldnt waste my time writing a google review on a grocery store but I felt compelled because of how terrible this place is. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The staff is terribly unfriendly, rude really. My favorite is the cashier who refuses to bag the groceries *eye roll*. I shopped last night and realized when I got home that the Kashi crackers I purchased for my daughter (on 8/25/16) expired in May of 2016. Thats great. I also realized this morning that 3 out of the 5 Chobani yogurts I purchased had broken seals or holes in the sides. Yall suck!

Good place. However, what I do not like is that in many cases you go and get some brand of something, you go back a while later to get the same brand and you will not be able to find it. It happened to me dozens of times. I find a brand that I like, go back and cannot find it again. It can be frustrating sometimes.

I find the staff to be very helpful, and the store itself is clean and spacious with a huge variety of merchandise. Their health food section is especially notable, as well as the high quality of their produce. Shopping here is a far more enjoyable experience than the Wegmans mega-store concept.

No Tofurky, no daiya, no give me lean, no purely decadent, poor frozen vegan meats selection, no earth balance. Will not respond to a single request after years of inquiry. Instead choosing, scum of the earth brands like morningstar and go veggie. A purely margin oriented supermarket.

Its great for the college kids in town. Selection of beer is pretty good. But other areas such as produce suffer. Staff arent all that nice most of the time either. It works, but Ill go to Wegmans over here if I have the time and money.
