Went one day and it was packed enough were they should have had more than one lane open. So a lady opened a lane with clearly an attitude telling her coworker she dont know why she has to open it. Anyways. So I get to my turn and i ask her and the bagger to please double bag my groceries, they never did. And then my family was with me doing their W.I.C. The family member got what they are used to getting at other stores and the cashier still with attitude told them they cant get this or that. So said family reminded cashier that they always get the stuff and instead of cashier just offering other options and remaining calm she continued with attitude and slammed other stuff around. And a big guy for me is the bagging. I really wish all grocery stores had bagging classes or something. Cuz this bagger first of all didnt double bag like I asked she also put heavy stuff in with breakables . And half the bags had only about 3 things in each bag. Like I dont care how mad u are dont take it out on customers. Everyone has something Going on.

I shop here a lot when we go into the city because it is right next to the Lowes. They have good selection and prices. Last month we bought some Australian lamb steaks for grilling, and got home in Otisco and found that the lamb was bad (smelled bad too) even though it was long before the sell-by date. I called the manager, John Dean, whos name was on the receipt and complained. I explained what happened and also stated that I didnt want to drive back to Dewitt that day. He was very polite and understanding and sent us a $25 gift card to make up for our inconvenience right away. Because of that excellent service, I am giving them a 5 star rating.

I have been going here for years becuase the prices used to be better and at times can still be. Although today I purchased bulk of the "buy one get ones" as well as a "buy one get 2 free" only to get home and realized i had been charged for it all. I did use my advantage card and still no promised savings. Now I wil be forced to return and attempt to explain I was over charged in excess of 20 dollars and look like some petty whining customer when they are in the wrong. Not happy.

I have recently shopped at this Price Chopper location for two separate and specific needs. Both experiences yielded a more-than-expected, excellent outcome! The bakers are ultra friendly and creative, willing to work with the customer to provide amazing, quality baked goods. Renee, in particular (bakery department) goes above and beyond with superior customer service! Kudos to their seafood department, too! I will be a returning, satisfied customer, many times over!

This is your basic grocery store with all the usual offerings you would expect. Bakery, pharmacy, meats, fresh food, meat department, floral, and sushi bar. They offer s good selection of brands. Prices are on par with competitors but this is a convenient location for many. This location stands out because of the Starbucks inside and it really helps to make this store feel a bit more upscale when you walk inside.

As Price Chopper stores go, this is one of the nicer ones. Decent sushi, extensive produce department, and its even got a Starbucks and Citizens Bank in -store. I find Price Chopper expensive unless items are on sale, but they have great seafood, meat, and bakery departments. Diabetics should check out their pharmacy, as they offer a wide variety of generic diabetic prescriptions completely free.

ah this is what we call the ghetto price chopper. rude customers and slow slow slow checkouts. Speedy checkout forget it! Customers her cant read the 15 or less signs. and the cashiers cant read the numbers on there advantage cards. true story!. good luck id spend the extra time and gas and go to cicero there customer service is outstanding there.

I love this Price Chopper. They have great sales. As soon as you walk in there is a Starbucks. And, they often have crab legs in sale or at a great price. And they best part. Most of the seafood can be steamed or fried for you! The staff is usually friendly and there is usually a good number of registers open so you are not in line forever.

Love thier sea food and meat , but there afew things that should be at least looked at.and corrected, Prices on produce is always too high, staff always stacking products in the middle of abusy hours, whatever happend to the night shift, never enough registers open. Carts all over the parking lot.

Very good quality meat with a large selection. Another store may have a cheaper sale price on something but Price Chopper has the best overall prices. And you earn gas perks to add to your savings. The stores are always clean and well stocked. Ive been a loyal customer for years.

Lots of options although it is hard to adjust to the layout of the store since I usually shop at Wegmans. The produce is not always as good and fresh as Wegmans but most of it is good. The location is convenient and its worth the stop. Also there is a starbucks inside.

This is an excellent store with helpful and friendly employees, large isles, clean, well lit, and reasonably priced items. The location is open 24 hours which is very nice. For me the location works well with easy entrance and egress to and from the freeway.

A Private User

This is one of the places I visit for food when I travel to Syracuse. Its clean, brightly lit, and well stocked. The roasted whole chicken in the prepared food section is especially good and can be a challenge to get since it seems to be so popular.

They have 2 easy scan stations but theres only one thats ever open even when it busy. The prices have also gotten more expensive. I only go here when I dont have time to go to wal mart

Why is your Tofurky $5, really. Their selection is okay. Their vegetarian options are below average. Would it kill you to get bike stands? Theres also a Starbucks in store.

Decent supermarket, items are fairly fresh. Not the best prices, but they do have some good weekly specials. But overall it is one of the better supermarkets in the area.

The bakery is great but the meat and deli sections are just getting worse and worse over the years. I always find tiny bones in the boneless chicken breast.

If I cant find it at Wegmans, PC will have it. Better meat and seafood departments. (At least compared to the smaller Wegmans store on James St)
