I called the Halo tattoo place and the person that answered the phone was nice and said the guy that does body piercing will be there only Monday Wednesday and Friday. So I showed up there and talked to this bearded guy about removing my cartilage piercing to see if I can clean it. He was okay at first until I told them where I got my piercing from then he became rude asf and wasnt patient. I was trying to explain that I had a keloid on my left side of my ear and he said he didnt see anything but must be some other thing (forgot what he said). He took my piercing off and lost the ball so I had to buy another one since he was stupid enough to lose it. Whoever wants to take off any piercing or get a piercing I do not recommend the bearded guy with long hair. He is rude asf and isnt patient. Plus, you will waste money even if they say you wouldnt.

I went here recently i got a tattoo by ERIN very unproffessional i can only speak on him dont know about the others but I showed them exactly how i wanted it and he is gonna tell me what looks better its my tattoo i know what the hell I want i had to go back and get it fixed instead of being gentle he made a ugly scarred tattoo wtf man plus they do eveything out in the open they dont have private rooms so dont even bother go there if u want privacy definately wasnt worth the price better off at carmelo near destiny usa I think he is not properly trained more like something to do for fun he does not take this job seriously please do not let this man do your tattoo. I speak nothing but facts you got a problem then maybe you should do better at your supposedly job.

I will only let 2 places in the world stick me with a needle now. A piercer in Denmark and Halo. I went to a mall they had a 2 for 1 deal for piercing. They use the gun which I hate and they were cheap so I did it anyway. Well you get what you pay for. 2 days later the studs were bugging the hell out of me. I called Halo which I never had been to. I went up to Marshall st and picket out new earrings, continuous hoops because they are easiest to clean. The piercer took me back, took out the crap and put in the new jewelry. It wasnt easy and it took her a while. She only charged me for the Jewelery not for her having to spend so much time fixing me. I wont go anywhere else now. I am thrilled with their service.

Well I wanted to get my eyebrow pierced and we came up with halo tattoo. so first off we called marshall street and the person answer the phone said yes you can just come in no appointment is needed. so we get there and we ask to get the piercing to only be told that the piercer is on erie boulevard till 3. so we head over to erie to find out that, not only was she not there, but it was closed. so we decided not to screw around again and waited till 3 and called again asking if the piercer is there. the person who answered said to call back in 20. so we did only to find out the the piercer wasnt coming in today. what a total waste of about 5 hours!

I wont be going anywhere else besides Halo for my tattoos from now on. Got my first one in the city where I live and made the 30-minute commute to Syracuse for my second one today. Extremely worth it. Only downside was the wait time; I knew they accepted walk-ins but I guess I just wasnt expecting to wait over an hour for my turn - however that wasnt really any of the artists faults, just me being impatient. DJ did my tattoo today and he was absolutely amazing! Incredibly friendly and efficient, made for a great experience while there. He knows what hes doing and is definitely in the right field of work! Will 100% be back there in the future.

I had been wanting a tattoo for a while but always second guessed myself. On a whim I wandered into Halo and talked to the front desk and really set up my appointment for an hour from then, got DJ Roses e-mail, sent him pictures of what I was thinking about with a few minor changes I wanted and he did an awesome job sketching it and adding in my changes. I loved it. My first tattoo I was extremely happy. They were nice and made me feel really good about my choice! I WILL be back for sure, I already am thinking of another one! DJ Rose did an awesome job and I will bring anyone that wants a tattoo there!

I chose to go to Halo for my 3rd and 4th tattoos. I chose Mike because I think his work is incredible!! His work is everything I wanted and more! I cant speak for any of the other artists there, but I would definitely advise you to book an appointment with Mike. Great atmosphere and great experience.

Just got a tattoo here and I love it! I came in with a few pictures of the type of thing I wanted but not exactly what I wanted. Just from my description, the tattoo artist, Jesse was able to sketch exactly what I wanted. It didnt take very long and was a great experience despite the pain.

I dont recommend this place for piercings, they use cheap jewelries. My eyebrow went infected due to that and I had to go to another place to get real safe jewelries.
