The folks (probably the same person) that left the negative reviews clearly have no idea what theyre talking about. This pharmacy is fantastic. After having long standing issues with CVS, and asking for recommendations from the community, I chose to move my familys prescriptions to this pharmacy. I started with just my daughters, right after CVS told me it mysteriously was no longer available. I called Suffern Pharmacy, yesterday, mid afternoon, and the wonderful pharmacist there, whos name I didnt catch since we got caught up in chatting, was able to order my daughters medicine for me, and have it ready for today around noon, less than 24 hours after I called him. I am impressed. This is the way a pharmacy should be. I shouldnt have to wait days, tolerate rudeness, and then be told the medication isnt available, when I know thats a blatant lie. I will definitely be moving the rest of my familys prescriptions Friday. If youre considering switching to this pharmacy, do so. Ignore the negative reviews, visit them, and see for yourself.

I moved to Suffern a few months ago, and started using this as my pharmacy. This is a great neighborhood pharmacy. Its small so they dont have the huge aisles of endless brands that you see at the larger pharmacies, but they more than make up for it in personal service. When I first visited them, they welcomed me to the neighborhood, they were very kind to me in ways that you dont see a lot anymore from merchants. As I said, they are small, so you might not find everything there that you want, but its still the best pharmacy Ive ever dealt with.

The pharmacy reviewed the video footage and we never saw these people, as well as we have insurance records that show that these people never came, especially the one that complained about how long we take to fill a prescription. All these people gave good reviews on appliance medic while we gave them a bad review due to their failure to fix a broken appliance. WHAT A BIG COINCIDENCE!..........

I was greeted with enthusiasm and a strong desire to earn my business. The big corporate store didnt have my script ready which lead to me searching another source. Muhammad was very helpful. He even called the other store to get the needed act info since, my script card was lost. This is a great option with good people!

After dealing with the CVS "20 minutes means 3 hours" routine for years, its nice to know that when they say 5 minutes, they really mean 5 minutes. Pharmacists are attentive and informative, and are willing to take the time to help with any issues. Its nice to have them in town.

When you go in the the pharmacy he takes the prescription and tells you that it will be ready in 2 hours and need to come back the next day he will give you the run around i had to get the doctor to give me a new prescription
