My husband loves harbor freight and we go there almost every week but today they broke my heart .. There was a vietnam vet walking around buying stuff and also handing out the 20% off coupons to everyone .. The store manager got mad and told another worker to go kick him out of the store because he supposedly has been comming in the past 3 days handing out the coupons.. He wasnt bothering anyone in a bad way but the mananger didnt want him there and like a coward he couldnt even tell him to leave himself .. Discussed on how disrespectful this man was to this poor old man who served our country.

Harbor Freight has become my favorite tool store. Tired of the inconsiderate employees of HD and Lowes, I wandered into HF. I have been hooked ever since. Not the most durable tools, but they are definitely made better than a few years before. I have purchased and used many of their stock and I am satisfied. The prices are amazing and they have pretty much everything you can think of. They are friendly staff and very helpful. I go at least once a week. I would definitely recommend this store to all.

Place is an all you need one stop shop for all you boating, hauling and building. A friend and I we able to find this place close by after a hitch on my truck broke off. Place is big and had all the things we needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I owned a boat like my friend, I would come back to this place.

Bait and switch, items are on sale ring up incorrectly at the cashier. They raise prices and then give coupons. They give you a lifetime warranty on tools but dont fulfill their own obligations. Im done there, I was a faithful customer for many years!

I call the store to check on item if was in stock the gentmen that pick up the phone Anthony very well spoken men and gave me the answer in seconds I live in Brooklyn but the store in Staten island the customer service is 100 percent

Decent tools at a great price. You go home saying "for that price if it lasts long enough for this one job, its worth it". And it lasts much longer

Great tools. Sockets and rachet handles better than Craftsman Husky. I would say more comparable to Snap On 72 tooth rackets are awsome
