Had the worst experience with cabinets with Home Depot. Sent me the wrong cabinets twice and then sent one that was all smashed. When they reordered it I went to store a week later to be told it was on backorder with no ETA. But was never notified till I went to the store and demanded answers. I was told they were going to give me compensation for everything I went through but didnt stand behind that either all they did was give me store credit for the smashed cabinet and for one on backorder. I had to pay for my contractor to redo design twice and come to my house 3 times to work but cabinets were never ready as promised. Home Depot should have stood behind their word and at least gave store credit for a few cabinets since I spent 3000 on cabinets and double to my contractor because of their mes ups...

Terrible cutomer service. I live locally and can go on forever, but most recently, I went looking for a tool storage cabinet . A man named Pete from hardware/keys?, went to check on the availability, upon returning he tells me the display was the only one left and told me I could buy it. I asked if I would get a discount (it had dents, scratches, wear and tear) he said $99, and I innocently said "wow you can make that decision on the spot?" mainly because I thought a managers approval was needed. The man cought and attitude, threw his hands up in the air, said something to the effect of "it is what it is" and walked away. Even if I were complaining, which I wasnt, this was a terrible response and even more horrific customer service. .

They need a zero star option. This store is the worst Home Depot i have ever been into. ( Middletown coming in a close second) The Manager at the Monroe store treated me like a criminal. Over a $30 return. You would think i was bring back a Car worth $30,000.He didnt like the ID i had with me and said i probably had forged it. Yes of coarse i spent days forging my passport so i could bring back this crappy tool i had only just bought. What a douche bag. The Middletown store would be a better option if you could find anyone to help you find things.If you have no other place to buy what you need try Newburgh Home depot. They seem to have actual staff you can find and who can help and who are not so nasty.

I wont be shopping here again. Have been a customer for several upgrades in my home and they simply have no idea what they are doing! They have messed up my order several times, they have delivered appliances dead on arrival, you name it. They refuse to take responsibility for products they deliver that do not function properly, so they automatically refer you to the manufacturer that takes weeks just to come out. Its a shame! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

We get 3-4 tons of pellets delivered every year from Home Depot. Because of space the pellets have to be stacked a certain way. The delivery person named Imron (I hope I spelled it right) was the BEST-BEST ever. He stacked the tons perfectly, super fast, no complaining and was just as nice as could be. He is a #1 employee and I hope you give him a raise! Many thanks for sending him.

I have been waiting for 15 minutes now waiting to get keys made. Someone was supposed to come back an help me yet I am still waiting . Ok I need to change this review. Because I waited so long they gave me the keys. Thank you for making up for the wait. Not many places would do that.

LCD PLASMA INSTALLATION

They never have anything. Poorly managed store. Fishkill, Brewster and even Newburgh Home Depot is better then this one. I found myself traveling to Middletown to avoid this location
