Like most larger B&N locations it has a nice selection of books, magazines, games, movies and vinyl records. Unfortunately this particular location also has possibly the worst mens room in any B&N you have ever been to. Not that one would lounge in a public bathroom but this one I would only want to use in an emergency situation only as it is less inviting than a work site port a potty. Everything is wet, graffiti is scrawled all over the stalls, toilet paper litters the floor which makes you understand why there is so little of it still in the roll for use. Sure this is a product of the animals using the bathroom but a check up to make sure it is at least presentable every few hours shouldnt be too much to ask, just like expecting to have paper towels available to dry hands instead of what I have had to do which is use seat covers. So go for the entertainment needs but maybe you will want to skip on getting refreshments and relaxing in store so that you are not forced to use the truly miserable bathroom facilities.

Book stores are going the way of the dinosaur but luckily for Staten Island they have not gone extinct their yet. When you enter you are greeted with a Nook display trying to get you to move to the future but step around the display and embrace your past. Books!! and books galore! I could spend hours just looking around sampling the books, graphic novels, and magazines. They also have a toys and Games section! And if you get hungry they have a Starbucks Cafe inside as well as free WiFi but dont use it to showroom and check Amazon, support your local book store! Plenty of free parking and a super helpful staff.

I would usually come here in order to not only enjoy Starbucks but also sitting and relaxing to read. Lately however I cant sit anywhere to read. I was asked to move down to Starbucks and then was also told to move from there as well. Ive never had such issues and its become an annoyance. Youre better off going to panera or a library where they wont rudely tell you to get out.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have two different play areas that keep my 3 year old busy while I read, and also keeps him interested in books. The only thing that sucks is they got rid of those big comfortable chairs, and even the stuff wooden ones. If you want to hang out and read, you have to sit on the floor now.

I love Barnes and Nobles, this one is decent they have limited seating but they have a great cafe with substantial seating. They dont have great sales, but with a gift card and a decent sale section it is worth a visit. It is also one of the few B&Ns still existing in the area.

Barnes and noble was beautiful clean and neat. The Starbucks inside on the other hand needs to get the rewards kiosk because if youre a Starbucks rewards member you should be able to use your rewards or at least get rewards for your purchase.

They have the biggest manga and graphic novel section of any Barnes and Noble outlet in the city. I was very fortunate to have been passing through the area and stopped over here. Will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Staten Island has few bookstore options, especially since the unfortunate demise of Borders. This B&N fits the bill admirably, though thete ate more non book options then there should be, this place still has whats needed.

Great customer service and an incredible variety of books available, although the prices tends to be on the higher side for books you could get cheaper many other places.

It was worth visiting. At least, once or twice a month I always visit Barnes and Noble to browse through some of their books and magazines to buy or not making a purchase.

Barnes and Nobles seems to advertise pop culture reads over deeper literature. They definitely need a more extensive wildlife/natural environment collection.

Lots of good discounted books, and not crowded at this time on a Sunday. Courteous helpful staff, and didnt wait long on line for a cashier.
