Poor customer service. I have visited the store twice and both times I was totally ignored I would never purchase books from this store. I will continue to travel to NYC to purchase Black centric books. #Blackdollarsmatter and I loyally support black businesses that behave in a professional manner. I could easily find most of the books they are offering online for less but Im a conscious consumer willing to pay a little more to support small business. This place needs to get its act together !

Ive became a stronger African American man a force to be reckon with because of the information that has empowered me to go above and beyond/develop the ability to defeat the odds. European culture sad to say has taken over down town Newark but Source of Knowledge will remain.
