Dont trust them. Fathers Day special deal on HD Nook was an totally awesome deal that was only through Fathers Day. Hundred or more off on the regular price. Guess what the regular price was within weeks of fathers day. Not saying the Nook is bad but the "Special Deal" was a total hoax and a way to get people buying them. kind of like a bate and switch wrong deal. Leaves me with a very bad feeling of ever trusting them again.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Had an employee hand me the book I was looking for after he saw what I had searched on the computer. Only complaint is the Pop/Rap music which is inappropriate and often too loud.

Helpful sales associates. Huge selection of books, gifts, magazines; if they dont an item, it can be ordered for you. Starbucks inside make it a great place to " get away " for a couple of hours.

Starbucks coffee is inside. It tastes amazing. Very little wait time. Lines are usually short. Great staff and a relaxing inviroment
