Subway at Walmart there wants me to pay 150.00 for fixing the shelves. I got mad at them because they were fighting among themselves and I didnt have time to stand and watch them throwing out ghetto-y attitude. So I took two chips and threw it at them. Secondly, the "shelves" never broke. I just picked up the potato chip (two of them) and threw it at them. To subway workers: if you dont like your job, then by all means leave. Other people will be happy to replace you. Learn how to deal with customers.. and learn customer service 101. Edit: I dont have any issues with most employees at Walmart but I find it hard to believe when one has a hard time counting coins our using gift cards and then screw everything up. New hire? I have no idea but she should be thoroughly trained before using the cashier. Period. I had to walk out of the store because 1) I cant stand incompetence. Period. 2) Attitude. Its just a bad luck. I will go back tonight and try mah luck again.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened in the 90s. Im guessing that it changed management in the last year since the quality of my shopping experience has drastically decreased. On Saturday morning they have opened up more "Scan & go" check out aisles and only have two human cashiers. The self check out is easy enough unless you have coupons. You cant redeem coupons at self checkouts. Last week I was fortunate enough to find competent representatives at the customer service counter & my coupons were easily redeemed. Today, however, they were unable to scan my receipt & redeem the coupons. They wanted me to get my groceries out of the car so they could return the items then recheck them out and redeem my coupon. Instead I went to a different Walmart & redeemed my coupons. I will no longer be shopping at this store, & management needs revamped in order to stop the downward spiral that this store has taken.

I prefer the self checkout if they are available wherever I shop. Maybe its a "control thing" I have. Anyway I work in Rochester (drive 45 mins there every day) and pass 5 Walmarts in Rochester. I HATE going to any other one and will wait until I am headed home so I can stop at Geneseo. (I live 10 min from there). Most employees are nice and the self checkouts usually are free without major lines. The stores clean and parking is easy. One complaint I do have is they did away with carts that have a single seat for a baby carrier. I have a little guy ( 8 months old) and liked strapping the whole base into the seat. Now I have t use a full size cart where his carrier takes up all of the room. All I know is 2 months ago the carts vanished and the employees have no idea where. They just send me to the opposite door to look for them. Soon my little guy will be sitting up and I can try him in the normal child seat

Even worse than the average Walmart! I went to the Photo Center and used the kiosk to get five photos printed with their one hour service. An hour and half later I went to pick them up. I pushed the button to let them know someone was needing help but it took 10 minutes before anyone came. I gave her my order slip and she walked over to the machine to start setting it up. I asked if they had already been printed and she replied "No, but itll only take about 10 minutes or so". I mentioned that I used the one hour service and she repeated her "about 10 minutes" line. So I asked her "If it only takes about 10 minutes then why couldnt you have done it in the last 90 minutes?" She had no reply so I apologized for expecting a decent level of customer service and told her to cancel the order and go back to sleep.

Love it there. But my husband has a scooter of his own. And I am non weight baring. Have to fight for electric chair there. Lines at service was horrible. But the girls there are great. Love the friendliness. But they are always under staff for hours. We were only shopping there. But now since the cashiers were turned into machines. Self check out. Really. We go to shop and we pay for service. So now we used the app. To take out to our car. Tomorrow is our pick up but we really hoped to get it the same day. Hope it works. Cause the selection was not impress of. At all. Disappointed. See how it goes. Might try Amazon grocery next. We do like most of the employees. Helpful. Polite. But over worked for helping people. Need more employees on thebregisters.

The cleanest, friendliest, and most organized Walmart is this one in Geneseo. Steer clear of the Henrietta Walmart if you can. Parking in Geneseo is organized, but Henriettas is dangerous and not a safe feeling parking lot. Update: I guess I spoke too soon. Ordered on line and paid. Drove to Walmart, and the native american female who worked that department was miserable! Never a "hi" or anything. Just snippy and beyond miserable. I tried to file a complaint with the 2 lady managers on duty, and they never cracked a pleasant smile, or apologize for the poor customer service. I had my 5 yr old with me, and it was not a pleasant experience for either of us. My suggestion. ..shop online...at Amazon...best customer service on the planet!

Each time I visit this particular Walmart Supercenter I ask myself Why ??? They dont restock on a "daily" basis.Theyve converted to mostly Self Checkout with maybe three or four regular checkout isles. This includes the "heavy" shopping time periods and its very annoying. I see lots of workers walking around but not always working. If this is how they serve their customers then they need to rethink it !!! They should have created more handicapped parking nearest to the doors vs the new Pickup Parking spaces. I think theyve made some of their changes due to the new minimum wage requirements. More automation fewer actual employees needed. This results in less customer satisfaction in my opinion !!

Some of the employees seem like there seem drunk or inebriated. You can kind of smell it and see it in the way they talk to you. It doesnt seem like some of them take their job seriously. When I was looking for something one of them joked that they didnt know English, which was offensive. Also the self check out will say that your card was decline, lets you swipe as many times as you want, but will print the receipt after one swipe. It use to not do this but recently it has and it makes you wonder what is actually going on. I guess it could be more unwelcoming, but it doesnt seem like someplace I would feel safe paying with a credit card.

Manager Joe helped me obtain the ever elusive NES classic. I showed up at 6am on a day they were supposed to have stock. Joe notified me that they mustve been scheduled for the truck that was coming in later that day because no Classics were to be found. He took down my info, and said that if he sees or hears anything he would give me a call... Well, the next day around 8am i got a call saying come pick it up! I thought it was to good to be true, but here i am typing this review as my newly acquired NES is blaring out of my TV like its 1992 again. Thank you so much Joe. Iv been on a hunt for this thing since November!
