Should of kept Carl. That new manager you have barely speaks english. Answers the phone with just a "hello" like a personal phone call and has no comprehension of what your actually telling him. What a joke.

Warning- they will tell you one price, then sneak in every possible fee they can make up. Terrible. Intentionally confusing to try and rip people off even more than their already overpriced merchandise.
