Cermak Technologies, Inc. is, in my opinion, one of this areas finest small businesses. The companys technical expertise is of the highest order because of the quality of the people, from Mike at the top, through Bobby and Carl in the back. We had Bobby build a PC for us with dual screens and it is truly a superb set-up - performing flawlessly. The tech support provided by Cermak has consistently been outstanding. I served as the Chairman, Franklin County Crime Solvers, and when we needed to revise an old outdated web site, Mike Cermak and his company came to our rescue. Cermak Technologies now hosts the www.crimesolvers.tips web site and have been instrumental in making it much more "user friendly." Mike - I cant thank you and your staff enough for the support you have provided to my family and the Crime Solvers Committee. Thank you, Darv Stutz

We have worked with Mike and Bobby at Cermak for over 5 years now, they installed our initial networking and maintained our server for 5 years, also monitoring it monthly for a resaonable monthly fee. When we moved into our new factory, we had no hesitation in partnering with Cermak to build and install our new server and new security camera server. Both were installed without issue and user accounts were integrated seemlessly. We also met Jeremy and he was also excellent, all 3 managed our new integration professionally. If we ever have any IT questions, no matter how large or small, they are always quick to respond by email or phone and remote in when needed. An excellent partner and source you can rely upon.

Mike has been wonderfully helpful over the years with the Antietam Watershed Associations website -- even though I develop the site on a Mac. His staff has always been polite and responsive. Some businesses give you that bored "dont you know any better?" attitude. Not at Cermak Technologies. Last year we decided to contract with with him for hosting and domain name. Mike is very community-minded and Im delighted that he came back here to Waynesboro to build his business.

Absolutely horrible service. Chris did no troubleshooting of my laptop, but he assumed to know it's issues. Quoted a $225 rate, but called twice to add on additional parts and labor. At the end he "fixed" the computer, but it could only be powered down by removing the battery. Worst experience I've had with a business in a long time, find a more reputable shop if you need help.
