I specifically drove past a FedEx in Brighton to this one in Henrietta due to rave reviews. The reviews are 100% spot on! I needed to print, scan and upload a document and ALFRED helped me from start to finish! He walked me through each step and was patient with me. He was also friendly and courteous. When you are under a crunch and your life is in boxes every little gesture of kindness and help is huge. I highly recommend this store for all your needs! Thanks again Alfred!!

This place was ridiculous. I came in with a box that I had shipped to me via fedex. Re-used the box, taped up nicely, filled with packing material. Apparently that wasnt good enough, this place refused to ship my package unless I spent $20 on a new box and packaging material (because apparently even my packing air bags werent good enough). Ill never return to this location, in fact, if I can avoid fedex and go through ups or usps instead, from now on I will.

almost every time i bring in a pre-paid package to ship out they give a huge fuss about "it not being packaged properly" ...bullshit i ship items weekly and have never had an issue with one of my packages. they just want to repackage it for you and make money off of you. Just use the fedex location on scottsvllle rd or better yet use USPS.

Shoutout to the staff here for being so friendly and helpful, even when dealing with panicking art students at 2 AM who procrastinated their project and need a rush order for 8 AM that day. Ive never seen them snap or be rude, and thats pretty righteous. Double shout-out for being open 24/7 and being generally amazing. Thanks, FedEx <3

I had a large ($1000) print request submitted at 2am with an 8am turnaround request. Wanda was working the nightshift and personally assured me that the job would be done in time. I had requested a courier service to drop off the prints to my hotel. When they failed to confirm, Wanda took the initiative to hand deliver them herself!

Had a terrible time here. Spent 2 hours to get one poster printed. I left disgruntled. After returning 3 hours later I was met by an amazing employee who got everything done for me in 5 min. You have to follow their work flow or the employees get lost.

Got a package stolen from this location meant for my Dad as a Fathers Day present. Currently going through Fedex Claims Dept. Dont let them help you tape the box. They will see whats inside and figure out a way to steal it.

With out a doubt the writers customer service over ever recieved, been here 2x spread out over a year...3 employed in the store in the only customer. Had to wait 15 min for someone just to say hi. Go to UPS
