How do you stay on top in an unstable economy? How about taking the time to provide excellent service to someone even if they are not your own customer. I called Alphagraphics with some questions about a project that was being handled by an out of town printer. Stephen Purifoy took the time to talk to me about the project; answer all my questions and told me to call back or stop in if I had any other questions or concerns.I took him up on his offer and stopped in. He meant what he said. He took the time to answer a few more questions. Wow! Now thats customer service. Small and large businesses alike should take note of how to run a business. Seems to me like they have the secret. Thanks, Alphagraphics, you have my future business for sure.

I unfortunately was desperate and needed a quick turnaround. Fortunately, I contacted AlphaGraphics and they were able to assist me in printing my mothers Memorial Service programs. She wanted linen paper in 11x17 and not only did AlphaGraphics have the size in stock, but two different colors. Both Cindy and Steve assisted me, but Steve was the one that took charge and made sure the job could be completed the same day. My family is grateful for the professionalism and the beautiful outcome.
