Where to begin...this is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Dale promised he would help me to achieve the fine art print that I wanted, but did not provide me with samples of the print types, even after a week. I lent him the original painting to scan after he assured me he would "light" the painting professionally and scan it at a high resolution. After a week, I had to send the painting to a gallery show, and had not heard anything from him, so I called and he proceeded to just then make ONE PRINT, after he had assured me he would make at least two and only charge me for the one I chose. When I was dissatisfied with the second example he finally provided me with, he became irate and told me he wouldnt provide me with anything else on the print without extra charge. He said he didnt think we would be able to "work together" which is ironic, because he didnt do anything for me, or allow me to give my opinion. The obvious fact was that the print which was made from a $75.00 (!!!!!!) scan was completely un-color balanced and not lit evenly. When I told him that, he became personally offended and acted like I was being unreasonable. The actual painting was with him for A WEEK for him to color correct, but he did not do so. So, finally, when I was provided with the cheapest print, and the most expensive one (which I thought was the medium priced print), Dale intimidated me into buying the print and charged me $10 more than what he had originally quoted me on it ($59.00!!!!!! for one 11 x 14 inch print!). Not to mention that he made horrible borders on it, no digital or color correction whatsoever on it. I was very upset and my husband called to talk to him about a refund on the print the next day. Dale said he would refund the money if we brought the print in. THE SHOP IS NEVER OPEN. So when we tried to return it they were NEVER there. And when we called to see if they were open, THEY NEVER ANSWERED. So finally, my mother took the print in when we were both at work, since they hold such irregular hours, and the other woman, Elizabeth, told her they would not refund me the entire price of the print, I have no idea why. So I ended up paying for a poorly scanned and produced print that I RETURNED TO THE STORE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG. I would have given less than one star if it was available. These people give local Buffalo businesses a bad name.

I had 2 large pieces printed and framed by Buffalo Big Print and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. I already had frames for the prints and I dropped them off with the files to be printed and within a week i was back to pick everything up. Prices were fair and as quoted and the service was professional. A+ work

Dale and his staff at Buffalo Big Print have been a great resource in editing, photoshopping, and printing my photography images for my business. They have always been friendly and cooperative with any changes to the finalized product and it has been a pleasure doing business with them!
