Amo los productos de MAC!!! Pero hace unos días vivi una experiencia muy fea en el MAC de Queens Center Mall. Todo inicio cuando le compre una gift card a mi sobrina como regalo de cumpleaños . Yo compre el gift card en MAC Garden State Plaza en en NJ, lugar donde yo vivo. En New Jersey me dijeron que cuando gastas de 50 dólares en adelante te hacen un make up rostro completo gratis (esto sin importar que fuera un gift card). Mi sobrina hizo el appoiment para hacerse el maquillaje en MAC Queens Center Mall y yo fui acompañarla. Tremenda sorpresa que me lleve cuando la manager me dijo con cara BURLA y ACTITUD que yo tenia que pagar para poder hacerle el make up a mi sobrina, entonces fue cuando le explique que había comprado ese gift card en NJ y que me habían dicho que el make up me salía gratis. Pues ella volvió a reírse en mi cara y me dijo que ellos no hacian nada gratis y me cuestiono diciéndome "Que por que mi sobrina no se hacia el make up NJ". Yo no sabia que las políticas eran diferentes de Mac a otro, pero hora que lo se, es ok. Pero entiendo que fue una falta de respeto ella burlarse y responderme con actitud, cuando en realidad lo que hice fue una compra. Mandarme hacerle el make up a mi sobrina a NJ, cuando ella en realidad vive en Brooklyn fue una falta de respeto.

Awful service. Then they have this humongous man overacting like a woman with this horrid makeup on. Music so loud I had to scream over it for them to hear me. The place was filthy and I was afraid for my daughter and I to sit. Very rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment for noon and the person performing the application was late. When I asked the man with more makeup on than the mac store itself where is the person we made the 30 minute 30 dollar appointment with he said its not 12 on his watch there was still 1 minute boo boo. I said the reason why we strategically made the appointment was because we had to be somewhere else to be 15 minutes after the 30 minute makeup application. So I left and headed into Macys Mac and the manager called them and summoned me to go back. I told her absolutely not. She was also rude and disgusting. She wouldnt help me and said I should wait. But still not understanding why would we make an appointment if it wasnt going to be honored. Go to hell MAC. Never would I put ur product on anyone I love. Ur the worst. As for the confused fat boy. Others have said ur nasty too. Dont be mad because ur disturbed and confused.

Terrible just terrible. I waited 20 minutes to buy products, I waited for help. Four women working and one woman looked at me twice and knew I was waiting for help and still choose to not help me. I really was willing to purchase a lot of products today but waiting 20 and having a worker look and me and walk away just make me upset. I choose to walk out and not purchase anything for them. You think they would have a job they enjoy and if they dont I suggest they leave and open the position for someone who wants to work there!!

I dont like how most of the staffs are in there! One or two are friendly and would like to help but others act like "whatever". Whenever I go there, I wait for 15 to 20mins even if i get a single thing from them. I understand when the store is busy but when its not, they still make you wait for sooo long! They do not have courtesy to ask if you need help, they just let you stand there and wait until you go up to them askingg for help and when you ask,they make you wait moreeee

The manger this weekend was so rude also is no help AT ALL . Literally did not want to help me until she saw I was for a fact buying something then all of a sudden she wanted to help.Seems like u need to BUY FIRST to get good customer service here . I bought $100 worth of things & come back the next day to return ONLY ONE THING & that same manger looked so pissed about it .

I said hi to the cashier and she didnt greet me back. Unprofessional / Very rude. I called to ask if I can make a return and she assured me I could, then as I was pulling out the receipt she just told me I had to go to a regular mac store, like she was very annoyed. I dont suggest going to this location.

So Mac is giving free lipstick while supplies last for national lipstick day. The store was supposed to open at 10 but its 11:47 now and still they havent opened. I tried calling them and they have unplugged their phone so it the calls doesnt go through. Why advertise and create so much drama.

Walked into the store which was empty and no one acknowledged me. I tried to get someones attention but they all acted like they were busy. I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I was not helped so I walked out.

Although the store was very busy I remained calm and waited my turn. How can you not when you see friendly staff having fun and servicing others the way you want to be service. It was a nice experience and a fun environment!

Their customer service sucks!!..they are all stuck-up and do not have the courtesy to ask if you need help they just let you stand there. Now the MAC at Macy*s has (some) pleasant staff members.

Horrible customer service. There were barely any customers and the workers were extremely lazy. Walked out and purchased a lipstick elsewhere because they were way too slow.
