I went to exchange an eye liner pencil. I asked what conditioner was good for my highlights they told me to go ask at the salon so I ask and I saw How Maria Sosa was cutting a clients hair so I made an appointment I ask for het and the Clerk at the registet told me she only does seniors. I was assigned to another hair stylist that I was not happy with. Maria Sosa gave her instructions for everything. I was at the sal9n for more than three hours. I was not happy at all. The rest room were out of order. I am diabetic and I cannot wait for so long. She added a hair conditioner which they charge me $15.00 extra and my hair was still stiff and dry. I am not happy with their services. I was really disappointed.

Oh my goodness. This place is better then Sephora. I say that only because 1 I can get absolutely anything well just about. If I need something that I can get at rite aid I rather get it here for the points. Its easier to become a platinum member in this store then at Sephora where you only ha e high end brand options. 2 I kind of just said it it has low end brands as a selection as well as their store brand which is actually decently priced. Like if I could go here every day for all my beauty needs I would have no money. I swear my checks go to this place because they really do have everything I could use.

Im upset with the management at this store. Im a veteran that have served. I was wrongly Accused by how I was dressed . I had this big bookbag with books and my army jacket. I went to the store to pick up my dear friend. When I was exiting a Employee name Ruhie confronted me and said that "I thought you were stealing and so I told everyone to watch you closely" then she had the nerve to laugh in my face. I didnt serve for this country to be ridicule by some employees at a some make store. From that experience I will never recommend anyone to shop at that store.

worst ulta I ever been too! Im a platinum member and been too this ulta since the beginning of this year and ever time the same security guard always mumbling something disrespectful at me when Im leaving. He makes going to this location so stressful and uncomfortable. Theres only like two girls that work in this location that are sweet one of there names Sabrina. I was so happy that 21 days of beauty was back but after today I can wait till next year.

Please dont waste your money on Facials. Verlene is always behind in schedule and she had the nerve to only extract my nose telling me that her school doesnt teach them to do the whole face. Half assed work! I was disappointed. My face looks horrible and Ive been breaking out with the products she recommended.

Gone here to try and find my NYX finishing spray. I walked around the whole store looking for this item, not one person asked me if I needed help. I eventually had to ask the cashier, she herself didnt know where any of the items were located...ridiculous! Of course I walked out and headed to Target.

DO NOT get your hair done by Janet. She is so rude. She will Speak Spanish the entire time and didnt realize that my boyfriend and I are both fluent. She left me alone for 20 minutes, overcharged me, and DID NOT give me what I want. She is so rude beyond belief.

Service and product selection is fine here, but BEWARE: THIS LOCATION IS HOME TO CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!!! (as of 12/10/16) Either the retailer sells credit card information or there is internal theft occurring via an employee....DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!

The salon is terrible. I asked for a certain haircut and even showed them a picture. what I got was my hair chopped off and a blame put on me. Highly not recommended. They do the total opposite of what you want.
