The price speaks for quality. The store front is pretty and they have everything covered from skin care to nail polish. I walked in because I saw that their holiday items were on sale and ended up purchasing an eyeshadow brush (~$8), eyeliner pencil ($~2), blue mascara (~$5), and their quick dry nail polish (~$3). After I got home and tried out my purchase, I quickly realized how poor the quality was.. eyeliner pencil went on smoothly but also came off just as easily within 10 min, the mascara was extremely clumpy and wasnt pigmented enough to justify the purchase, and the nail polish took me 4 coats to get to the color I wanted. Customer service needs work at this location. I suppose the reps are commissioned-they follow you like hawks but never offer a smile. Theyre kind of loud on the floor and Ive witnessed a couple of them exchanging rude comments which made me feel uncomfortable. The girl at the registers wasnt very friendly either and did not tell me about their return policy upon purchase (no return or exchanges.) After payment, not a single thank you or smile or.. just any kind of acknowledgment from any of the associates.. They werent out-of-their-way mean to me but I certainly did not feel good after the experience.

Extremely rude employee had the audacity to ask me if I was going to buy anything while I was swatching some products to see which one was best with my skin tone. She then proceded to tell me that if I wasnt going to, that I should leave because they had a limited supply of product and if I wasnt going to buy anything that it was a waste. I would like to point out that I had been in the store for less than five minutes so its not as if I was trying a lot of products out or anything like that. I am still appalled that this happened. Needless to say, I left right away & bought my products in Sephora instead. Will not return.

Great selection colored mascara. Cheaper than Sephora. Will check out other items next time. 2 staff members helping 1 customer. Saw shoplifting they didnt care
