Ulta has such a plethora of beauty products from a wide range of prices. If you are ever on a budget, you can find something to take home but please be prepared to be overwhelmed with all the options & money that you may end up spending because of their "specials". They have make-up and perfumes that you can spend hours sampling; they even have nice quality disposable applicators & the salespeople will help you determine which product looks best. The introductory price to their salon is quite the bargain and something that you def want to take advantage of: $60 for coloring, cut & style cannot be beat in Westchester.

I love Ulta in general, they have great prices on all the major brands. They are like Sephora on a budget. You can test some of the makeup but not all of it, which is the major difference. However, they do have consultants onsite to help you find the perfect items and do makeovers. This particular location can be a bit standoffish though. It might have just been the day I went, but one of them didnt seem to interested in helping. Every other location Ive been to has been over the moon nice and helpful. This location also has great parking, right out front and never too crowded.

Had to grow my eyebrows out because they were just a mess. Had Adriana clean them up, re shape, and show me how to fill them in where I needed. My eyebrows look AMAZING and have gotten so many compliments on them since then. Had 2 other girls help my cousin and I who have no makeup experience and give us great advice and tips. Awesome experience definitely recommend !

Visited Ulta Port Chester 1st time today. Bough hair dryer - got home, opened it and it was used (nozzle banged up and lint filter screen was dirty) Went to return before 6 pm (when they are supposed to close) and there was a sign on the door saying they closed early. Not a great 1st experience

Makeup/ products were sold out. The store was in a mess, things were disorganized and dusty. No one is there to assist the customers. I purchased a foundation (which had a dusty box sitting on the counter) and realized that it was expired when I got home!

Selection is great! The salon staff are wonderful. Trying to get help from retail staff throughout the store leaves something to be desired.
