I walked in to Metro PCs and Ash came behind the sales counter and greeted me and my daughter. I came in with issues of my phone memory. Ash asked how could she be of assistance and asked for my name and number. Once she verified all my account info she further proceeded to help. I ended up upgrading my phone. I purchased a case as well. Ash was very professional and knowledgeable on the phones and accessories. I would recommend many of my family, friends as well as associate to come and see her. My experience in the past hasnt been pleasan. Thank you Ash

I was very happy to see that a MetroPCS store opened in my area. I was greeted by warm, friendly smiles & the staff there was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me in getting the right phone & phone plan for me. They had a nice selection of phones & plan options to choose from so their guidance was very much appreciated. Overall, the staff there made what could have been a stressful & confusing time, an very pleasant experience.

I bought a ZTE zmax and the customer service was nice. My problem is I got played. They told me that I would get good deals, yet I paid full price. Then they let me believe I had the right screen protector when they let me purchase the wrong one, not even for this type of phone. Smh the first and my last time I will go there ever again.

Ive been to multiple metro pcs store and it seems like none of the workers know anything about the phone there selling, but one employee named George was very nice and answer all my questions. he solved a lot of my problems and for that Ill give him 5 stars all the way a crossed the board for amazing costumer service.
