We went in for simple problems with our phones. Mine was receiving text messages with a 15 minute delay and my girlfriends had a problem where no one could hear her when she made a call. We waited for over an hour for tech support. My name was #1 on the list and hers was #2. When we finally got help the tech support person, Nicole, was very rude to us and acted as if we were wasting her time. She told me the solution to my problem was to update the OS on my phone, which didnt fix it nor could. SMS is an old technology that works with literally every carrier and every phone. It doesnt matter what OS version is on the phone unless that phone came out before SMS did. She then flashed my phone OS which for some reason took another hour. The manager didnt seem to care and literally everyone who came in after us left without being helped. I havent been this frustrated in a long time. I will definitely not be keeping Verizon as my phone carrier when my contract is up, and I may just cancel it early and pay their outrageous fee.

I dealt with the manager of this location, who rushed me out of the store, was rude and short with me and told me that he couldnt assist me in looking up an unpaid balance on my account. Mind you, this is something Ive done at other Verizon locations. I told him that I saw the low review scores on Google for his location and that my experience was why and he had a coy grin and seemed not to care about my concern. Hopefully Verizon corporate looks into the management of this location as it is being run rather poorly.

i had money to spend and knew what i wanted...but no luck...despite the store being empty the service peeps were too busy talking football or texting each other to help a customer...the ring leader seemed to be the manager...when at last i got someone to talk with me they told me it was not possible to show me the phone i wanted...if youre looking for customer service this is not not the place to go...too bad i cant rate this store with minus stars...minus 5 seems about right.

HORRIBLE!!! How that girl over there has a job!!! They are so nasty and did not help with anything!!! Would not go back and if it was not for Verizon corporate giving me big discounts to calm me down about inadequate service I would of went to AT & T

Very poor service. Verizon has a problem with tight contracts. Many other carriers make the purchasing of a new phone easy. With less contractual restrictions. Stay away
