I dont know if the positive reviewers have been to this store or not. The store Ive been to usually has 1 or 2 cash registers open and theres a 10-15 minute wait every single time. Theres no one around when you have a question, EVER. One of the managers has had a runny nose for about 3 years now. Service is terrible. This is the worst auto parts store in the area. The best thing about this store are the hours.

3 starts, to divide 2 different experiences i had here, one worth 5 stars, and one worth zero. I know that some places (and people) have bad days, but sometime it may be better to stay home if you are having a bad day. More than ever if you need to deal with customers face to face. The bottom line, they took care of my problem, but it cost me some phone calls and complains...

Worse auto zone i ever been to,i when today and staff didnt even ask if i needed something and when i was gonna pay both of the staff saw that i was ready to check out they both just when to the back of the counter and started doing something else ,,how rude.i waited like 4min and then ask them if someone was gonna take care of me
