What a great store , a light on my dashboard went on , I asked a store employee to help me out . A gentlemen named Jose came out with a portable machine hooked it up to my engine and immediately found the problem. I bought the item in the store and drove away. Jose is a real decent person it was almost closing but insisted on helping me out. Jose is a great credit to Auto Zone . Thank you Jose

I come here very often and I absolutely ALL the time request for Joses help. He definitely knows his stuff and explains in detail any question you might have. Nice and sweet gentleman, always there to help no matter what! Auto zone always has everything I need!

Autozone Houston be okay but the one in Bergenfield customer service sucks the managers disrespectful I rather travel all the way to Hackensack to AutoZone then to deal with the one in Bergenfield because they dont try to accommodate you

Those guys are really awesome but i see people take advantage of their kindness. Slip them a couple of dollars when the help or have to come outside with you they give ahundred percent and know their stuff!!!!!
