I tried returning a axle i bought because they gave me the wrong cup size and they wouldnt take it back. Customer service told me it the right size but my mechanic said it not. He also said i know that right size because im working here for a while and still would not accept it back even it has some dirt on it. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAY RIGHT .He said " would i sell that to a customer with that condition" and i was like "would you sell a customer the wrong axle size.. maybe causing them a fortune on labour or there life if the part malfunction in the highway". And they still wouldnt exchange it or give me back my refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE

If you want to do a first class repair, they will help you get the stuff you need, if you just want to get the car to the next dealership to trade in, they can help you do that too.
