There sales staff is not good at all they recommended too large of a tire for my Razer 1000 4 seater. I burnt a new polaris belt before spending even more to purchase tires that work correctly. I wouldnt trust them they know nothing about west coast dune ridding. Its not all flat and open as they told me. I talked with 3 different people their. No one would even work with me a little. Their trying to charge me for shipping to send them back. When their sales staff said these are the right tire. I would stay away from this company.

After experiencing a problem with weak pull on the new 3500 series winch that Id just put on my Polaris 6x6, I called their customer service department. I couldnt be happier with the results. They are sending a brand-new replacement winch - at no cost whatsoever to me. This includes expedited shipping to Alaska (which is quite expensive). Customer service really doesnt get much better than this! Note: This was my 4th 3500 series winch from this company/ manufacturer. Ive been very happy with the other ones.

I bought 4 Tensor A/T tires from KJ Motorsports and the staff and the shipping was fast and accurate. One of my tires had a defect from the factory. I wasnt going to be able to make the trip if i didnt get a replacement the next day. After talking with Melissa they had the new one sent out right away for replacement to make sure i didnt miss out on the trip. Great way to keep a customer.

Probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with online. Got everything super fast and even had a problem with a piece and they shipped it back and a new one with no extra cost to me , with out any questions!
