The only thing worse than the upkeep of the shoddy shop was the incredibly poor service. The older, disheveled man at the counter didnt acknowledge me until he finished surfing the web for personal shopping. He was also short with me when I had basic questions to get a deeper understanding for what I was purchasing. I love supporting local businesses and the community, but this experience was perhaps the worst customer service Ive had in all my time in Charlottesville. Proceed with caution. If youre getting a U-Haul, call the company and insist on another pick-up or drop off location as this place does not deserve anyones hard-earned dollars.

The owner was extremely rude and arrogant. Most of the time he wont look you in the face while speaking. Also, he ignored me standing at the counter for several minutes before even asking what I needed when I first arrived. The whole place stunk of cigarettes. I used that location to pick up a u-haul truck. I would never use that location again!
