I thought the holster was a good buy, good fit for my Rami. Cant carry at work, so I only use it a few days a week and I only started carrying 2 to 3 months ago. So very limited use. The other day I got home and tried to remove my handgun from the holster and it got stuck. I looked to see and the bottom screw was gone. Not a big deal. This is were I have a bit of an issue. I wrote to the company and ask jf they could send me a replacement. I mean, the thing hasnt even been used that much. I figure they would apologize put a replacement screw and nut in an envelope throw a stamp on it and keep a customer happy. You never know, i may purchase a holster for my other handguns. Or maybe recommend to my brothers, range buddies, CC friends at work. Mention the courteous service. Unfortunately, that isnt what happened. They sent me a return email telling me I can purchase a repair kit of screws and bolts. Also, they informed me that i may want to put a little locktite on it, keep it from falling out. Why dont they put locktite on it before they send it. Or put something in there that doest fall out. Fortunately, my weapon didnt fall through the bottom while i was out. Just got really annoyed with them. Telling me to purchase a kit of screws 6.00 + 6.80 shipping wait a week or more for a problem that they shouldve taken care of. Just bad policy for customers that showed interest in their company. I do not believe that i will purchase again from them.

I visited the store in Alden after seeing these folks at a Gun Show and at a SCOPE meeting. Incredible customer service, answered all my questions ( and I probably had too many ) , showed me multiple options to consider, spent time with me, and, the end result was leaving with a custom made holster for a more than reasonable price. My friend also purchased a holster as well as a gun safe for his vehicle. Anywhere else you would have been told - "whats in stock is on the wall " and that would have been the end of it. Not here. Additional customers came in while we were there and everyone was treated super. This is one of the best reasons to buy from local folks and local made. Initial appearance of the IWB for my Kahr P380 was identical to what you guys made for my Sig P290RS with the XS Big Dot. Prepped the IWB as recommended and slipped my P380 into it and the fit and form were perfect. Just like the Sig. All that was needed was a minor adjustment to the retention screw as with my Sig and we were good to go. You guys do a fantastic job from a consistency, service and quality standpoint. Your work and customer service is 2nd to none. You guys are my “go to” for any future holster needs. You have earned my loyalty!
