I have shopped at the DeCiccos in Katonah a few times in the past and this will be the last. Every time I have gone I have had a unpleasant cashier who looks positively miserable and greatly lacks in being pleasant. I kept coming back a few more times thinking that the cashier is having a bad day but their seems but always the same with a different cashier. The one I had today put on an air of great displeasure that my vegetables had water on them which dribbled onto her conveyor belt and hands, along with never saying "thank you" after I paid a considerable amount for my groceries. It would be nice to have a cashier who greets you, does not display a "put upon" attitude when you come to their check out and most of all says "thank you" after plunking down some money for groceries and might I add that DeCiccos is not inexpensive. Personnel should be properly trained and reviewed along with impressing upon employees to remember the fact that customers are paying their salaries. I always remind the people who work for me that they represent the company they work for. If you dont like the job, move on and as a customer who doesnt like the vibe MOVE ON TOO.

This store is such a rip off and not a good experience. I had a cashier not allow me to use the store card one time bc "hes not allowed". I explained that I got the card and he can look me up by phone number. He says "did you get it at this specific store?" I said no I got it in Armonk". No then we cant look you up or give you the store card discounts. I wanted to walk out with all of my groceries on the conveyer belt but someone was behind me and I needed milk etc. I will never shop here again. With such high prices, those few sale items are the only way to ease the pain of spending triple the norm.

Great local market. The new store is a perfect addition to Katonah. Store is clean, prepped foods are delicious and the fish market has not disappointed. The hot food I have tried has all been food as well, friend chicken, rotisserie chicken and a few of the sides. Recommend for a quick easy midweek dinner.

New, (so far) very clean store and well stocked. Employees are very friendly here. The prepared to-go foods are very good. Prices are not inexpensive, but that is to be expected from this chain and location.

Really nice, small market with good produce but is a bit pricey. Great for running in and picking up a few things, but I wont do my regular shipping there simply due to cost

An interesting store, huge cheese collection huge beer collection, lots of craft beers and beers from other countries. Good Prepared food. Expensive.

Very clean, and a good variety of lesser known products to try out, but there are no store-brand products, so do not go here to look for a bargain.

Nice market with fresh produce and meats, fish. Great cheese selection and fresh pasta. Not the cheapest but worth the prices on some items.

Its okay. Great for milk and other quick things. Hot food bar is okay but the parking lot is awful. Lots of potholes and lines are fading.
