Ive bought Whole Foods brand chicken breast four times and four times Ive had to return it before the "sell-by" date because it was rotten. The shift supervisor, Eddie Han, gave me a $25 gift card and told me that I was the only one having this issue so I next time I buy chicken from them, I should bring it to the meat department to have them open it up to check to see if its good. Another customer came up to us and told us that she was having the exact same problem at this whole foods. They are going through renovations so either their refrigeration is broken or theyre not following proper food handling guidelines. I think its the latter because Ive seen employees here behind the deli counter eat food from the counter with their hands and then proceed to use the same glove to serve customers. The employees are very undertrained about food handling.

Well its Whole Foods, so expect to pay through the nose. Its also Greenwich, so yes it is generally full of pushy birches, but hey its Greenwich so no surprise there! The staff is great, above average even for Whole Foods (super helpful and friendly). One major problem with this store is the isles are WAY too narrow so compounded with the general Greenwich tripe it can push a weaker person the their breaking point. Still, Whole Foods has some of the best quality you will find anywhere, period.

This used to be a good store until they expanded it last year and it became a glorified mini-mart that should be attached to a gas station except that no one would pay the hyper inflated prices. It is a mystery how a larger store has resulted in far less selection. The customer service desk is not helpful. After a decade of shopping here I now go the extra mile to reach the far better Whole Foods in Port Chester or to De Ciccos in Armonk

When I shop here (usually for the sales only ), I always see a staff following me and pretending to be fixing the shelves but there is nothing to fix ... maybe I am not trusted because I look hispanic. Its very uncomfortable and so rude. I am spending my money here but treated like a some sneaky criminal trying to get those chips. They should treat customers with kindness and respect. Its so sad to see this is happening here.

The food is great, just like at the chains other locations. But the shop is small with narrow aisles. The parking lot is a genuine hazard (entering, exiting, and transiting). And some food is marginal (eg yogurt with sell by dates the next day?). But its there & better than driving to Port Chester or White Plains. Also, skip the dank coffee bar in the back and visit the Starbucks three doors down in the same strip mall.

Great PLACE. Large selection of products but a little hard to find things since they remodeled it. Im here atleast 4 times a week because i live right up the block. I liked it better before. I was always in and out it was convenient and fast. Now I have to look around to find the stuff I want. Overall I really cant complain. The staff is EXCELENT!!!!

The new "larger" store now has longer lines and less staff on the checkouts than the previous more friendly store. 10 new flashy lit checkouts and 3 express checkouts that I have rarely witnessed being used. You would think that the shopping would take longer than standing in the checkout lane, but you would be wrong.

Store can be pricey but if you watch for sales and take advantage of promotions, you can actually leave with more than a bag for $100. Their food is high quality. Some staff members are nice, others are snippy. Watch for expiration dates at this store in the yogurt aisle especially. Good hummus there!

Whole Foods is generally a nice place to shop. Its too bad everytime i visit this location the employees are always rude. They tend to ignore me or act as if Ive just smacked them in the face. Ah, well. Good help is hard to find these days i suppose.

My working hours only allow me to shop after 7PM, and I know that many stores do not offer bread and fruits as the products offered by whole food are usually fresh. One thing I noticed lately is that the paying taking longer than it used to.

Got the same salad like I always did but payed more for it. This place is getting more and more expensive and when I asked the lady why its so expensive she told me rudely that it got more expensive. Never getting a salad from here again

I really wish they can sell the Beer Cheddar flavor of Kettle Brand Potato Chips. I see various flavors of Kettle Brand, but no Beer Cheddar or New York Cheddar. The selections just arent complete without any of those flavors.

We wanted a cake, but we were turned off when we saw a moldy fruit tart. It isnt the first time Ive seen something moldy at Whole Foods! Anyway, there are plenty of other bakeries in downtown Greenwich...

New store is terrible. Much larger footprint - fewer choices. Too much 365 brand and not enough of the other brands you used to offer. Port Chester and Darien much better alternatives - or Citarella.

One of my least favorite Whole Foods stores, and Ive shopped them all over the country. Crowded aisles, unfriendly staff, miserable parking lot, rude customers.

Really not up to par. Produce not fresh, meat and fish not good. Store layout terrible. One of the worst stores in the country. You need to improve this store!!!

Great market with some of the best selection of speciality foods. Recently expanded and renovated. Very clean and well organized. Parking is always available.

Smaller than the stores in Darien and Port Chester, but still a decent selection and high quality produce. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Aisles are too narrow, staff is unhelpful and rude. Citarella is a much better store. Easy to park, friendly staff and excellent choices.

Not the best, not the biggest, but not the worst. Just OK. Their buffet bar is pretty sad. I wish theyd extend it and have more options.

Selection is great but the location and parking situation can be a bit of a bear. Lines at the register are usually pretty fast though.

This WF has gotten much better since the renovation, but its still a pain in the butt to get in and out of. Parking is no fun.

Whole Foods remains more dependable than most markets for produce and meats. However, this location is small and challenged.
BO

Smaller store foot print (even after recent renovation) which makes it feel too crowded. Parking and road access is the worst.
CH

Limited staffed checkout lines leads to long long waits. They need to hire more staff for such a busy store.
PA
Patrizio Trivellini
Good meat, fresh vegetables, good selection of cheeses from all over the world. A little pricy though.

This is by far the best in the area. Clean, Fresh and very friendly customer care all around the store

Parking is confusing and the store has an awkward flow. Also a small store compared to Port Chester.

Always busy. New design is an improvement but it is very chaotic there. Staff seems very unhappy.

Little undersized, pretty typical Whole Foods, Trader Jpes, about equidistant is a better option

Sometimes crowded, pleasant and helpful employees, sales can be good deals; otherwise expensive.
