I have ordered a bedrome in jamaica ave. They told me it was going to be ready in May 5. May 5 came and nobody called to tell me anything. When i call them in the 11th they told me the bedroom set was not ready for delivery ,and the person who helped me was not there,that i have to call tomorrow he would be there. I called the next day, they told me he was not thre and was going work on the 13th. Today i called they told me he is not there and he is going to work on Monday. When i told them that somebody must help, me thats when they told me that i have to wait for 2 more week for my furniture to be ready for delivery while in the past they told me,it was going to be ready May 5. So today which is May 13 i have to wait two more weeks.

I brought some chairs from here and just to get them was one problem. I was told there are at that specific store . When I went to pick them up they said I had to pay the balance then wait 3 days before I can get them. Then when I got home and opened one box the seats were scratched. Once I opened the last box as I went to take the plastic of the back frame was cracked. It looks like it old plywood. I tried callin the store from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and no one has answered. So my Christmas gift to myself is ruined. So very diappointed. Will they exchange them .Will not by from them again. I wonder what they will do and how they will compensate me or if I can get my money back.

This Raymour & Flanigan on Jamaica Ave, have the worst people working there as sales reps. The girl on the phone was such a bimbo and played the "hello, I cant hear you" card and hung up. After explaining my problem to her she did not having any recommendations on what to do with a 3 seater couch. Unfortunately the couch wont fit through my new apt door and there is nothing they can do. I made payments on time for a whole year and this is how they handle customers? This moron didnt even offer me a couch specialist who disassembles couches, and she works in a furniture store? I will be reporting these jerkoffs to the BBB. They are very unprofessional.

The Jamaica Ave Store located in Queens NY SUCKS... and this one star is being very generous. From the sales people to Customer Service... They SUCK, they give you the wrong info, hell theyre all a bunch of LIARS, incompetent to say the least. Customer Service is the WORST and thats with a computer.. WORST EXPIERIENCE IN MY LIFE... STAY AWAY THIS STORE SUCKS..
