BUYER BEWARE Stay away from purchasing anything from this company. This is a company that does not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered a wood bed for my son they showed up 3 hours ahead of my scheduled delivery so I had to rush home. After they finished I signed the delivery slip and left that night I noticed there was a chunk of wood missing from the bed. So less than 24 hours I was at the store that morning when they opened. First the store does not contact the service department they give you an email. The only communication is email to this so called service department. After harassing the store and 5 days later I finally got someone to response through email two days after I responded to their email I had to call the store again to get the service dept to respond to me. This is 14 days after requesting to be called still the only contact is through email. At the end of the day they want me to pay to have the furniture replaced.

My friend Jose O. recently purchased furniture from here. First experience they were very nice and helped him choose the right furniture for his apt. After discussing a set price he went and signed the papers. They said it would be delivered within 3 days and it was actually delivered in a month after constent calling to remind them. Upon delivery since the furniture did not fit in the elevator they charged me $10 per floor. He called the office to verify and the secretary was very rude. She had told me i had to know if it was going to fit in the elevator before buying. He is very upset with these suprise fees that were never discussed before signing the documents. Never again am i going to this place nor will i ever reccomend this place to any of my friends, family, or coworkers!!!. -Jose Ortiz

YOU GOTTA READ THIS IF U NEED FURNITURE! Thank you VG NICOLS FOR THE BEST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE! I have been shopping for furniture with my wife for close to 6 months...I was ready to shoot myself if my wife didnt decide soon.. I am so glad we met John and Andre...they both worked with my wife for close to three hours...I was sure they would give up just like every other salesperson in the bronx Brooklyn and queens...but they didnt...they held up and packaged three rooms of furniture for my wife and I ...not only could I retur to a normal life now that my wife decided...I GOT SOME OF THE SAME FURNITURE SHOWN TO US I A FEW PLACES IN THE BRONX FOR HUNDREDS LESS!!!!!! Dont know how they do it but thanks guys ....Delivery went perfect with the exception of a damaged night stand which was replaced the next day.

My experience with this furniture company (Pelham Location) was THE WORST. I sat and waited for my delivery, and they never showed up. There was no courtesy call, or anything. I was given a bunch of BS excuses as to why my furniture was not delivered on its scheduled day. However, the manager/owner that made the sale would not reach out to me nor apologize for the inconvenience. When the bedroom set does arrive, the furniture guys brought a damaged bed room set, and tried to cover it up with a marker. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. They seem friendly, and welcoming, until the sale is made. Do not let the cheap prices fool you. Be very cautious when dealing with them. They would get ZERO stars if it were up to me.

This company sells dreams. I brought an entire set from a really nice sales associate. He insured me that my set would last me a long time and they its better than the big chain stores. Its only been about a year and ive fell through my bed! I dont even weigh that much Im only 135 pounds. How is this possible? How does this happen to quality furniture? The horrible part is that no one has answers for me. Everyone keeps saying sorry but no on is helping me after i spent my hard earned thousands to purchase furniture from a place i felt was trusty worthy! I was told new management would help me better but that has not been the case. Is someone going to help ?

Buyers Beware!!!!! they are very friendly when you are purchasing but if there is a problem they will not help in any way!! I brought a Queen bedroom set from them. The mattress is way too small to be a queen size. I measured the mattress and both the width and length was 3 to 4 inches less what it should be. I told them about the problem but they refuse to help in any way. They will not replace it or refund my money. They gave me an email to their corporate office but no one responded to my email. I am now stuck with a mattress that is much too small for the bed. The manager JOE is very mean and nasty....horrible service!!!!

I purchased a bedroom set a while ago from here, the sales person was very friendly and helped me to pick out the proper set at the right price. Delivery arrived on time and without a hitch. After some time of abuse (lots of pets and a rowdy child) the set has held up quite well. My most recent purchase included a sleeper sofa and recliner. Again, the staff was very pleasant to deal with. My sofa is super comfortable. The recliner I wanted wasnt in stock, but Joe, the manager, helped me to find another just as comparable. The recliner is nearly identical and equally as comfortable. Will recommend their services.

My experience was the worst. Ordered a headboard that was on the showroom floor wrapped in a linen fabric. They took almost four months to get the item . When i finally got it the fabric was plastic. Going through a health crisis i was not able to follow up immediately with them so when i did there was no recourse. I had to stand the loss. Worst company to deal with. Sometimes u want to support these neighborhood stores but when the service is this poor u just cant. Would not recommend anyone to shop there.

"THE BEST PLACE TO BUY!" MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM THIS STORE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE! we ordered so much furniture and yes 1 out of 20 pcs were damaged during shipping....things happens....but all was taken care of professionally and in a timely manor thanks to the Manager.... that guy knows his stuff and he truly cares. I have recomended all my friends and co workers and they have always thanked me. Here I have always gotten top of the line furniture at the best price....true value.....

STAY AWAY!!!! It has been 3.5 months since we bough a bed and it was delivered broken! the redelivered a second BROKEN bed and the third time they tried to deliver (which was today) they forgot to actually schedule the delivery, a fact that no one bothered calling me about! We still have a broken bed and their customer service is absolutely the worst! no matter how inexpensive their things are it is not worth it... so somewhere else and save yourself a world of wasted time and money.
