I went in to do basic purchase for an oil change. Got the oil I wanted, asked for the filter for my make/model, and got a inclusive deal that I get the filter with the oil as a single package deal. It was only a week later I went to do the oil change and noticed that it was the wrong filter. The attendant however gave me the wrong filter, as it looked like the part numbers were very close. Given that I had already drained the oil, I had to bicycle to the store to exchange the oil filter. Well, the correct filter was more expensive, and I had to pay full price, and the inclusive price with the oil has already taken place and he would not give me the all inclusive price with the correct filter! I had no choice but pay full price for the filter separately. Being that this was their error, they should have exchanged for the new filter and adjusted the included total inclusive price discount. I have also found in general that other store have more knowledgeable people. In another instance, the people I spoke to could not describe to me the difference in the various types of antifreeze, although they can point to where the antifreeze was located. I have found that Advance Auto Parts to have generally better educated people. Ive only gone to this location simply because its relatively close by right in the new plaza, but will probably not use anymore, even if I know exactly what I want.

Careful what you buy - I bought rotors and while the box had the correct # and it was sealed, they were the wrong item inside. I had to bring them back and the employee said that someone got lazy and didnt check them. Employees are not helpful, I had to stand by the register to wait for someone to help me while a guy was just standing behind the register looking at me and trying to look busy.

They cant order anything right, needed new bulbs for interior of car and was told theyd be in tomorrow, sweet in the next day and was told.try Monday. Came in a few days later and was told again they out of stock. Cmon guys 2 weeks and your entire store has not 1 LED bulb. Went to pep boys instead.

Prices are as marked. If there is only one item left on a buy one item and get second item free you will not get that final item at 1/2 price and you will not get a rain check.

My occasional visit to that location brings me grief. I encounter a rude member of management whenever a problem arises. The lower level employees are great.
