Not a happy customer. Went threw 3 transmissions and all were guaranteed checked and working! One even was owned by the nephew of a very famous musician and swore it was perfect and he was doing me a favor.. 2 months into this.. i have a very large paperweight! paid my mechanic over 1500 in labor and have nothing to show for it except a hole in my pocket.. Maybe ill try and sell this famous trani to someone! my opinion of this company is obvious.. promised 3 different times the part was perfect but they should have some kind of quality control because we as the customer are stuck with the added labor and no recourse except this review so with that said.. Buyer beware because there promises and guarantees left me with a car in my driveway with insurance paid for.. a tow truck fee from 3rd transmission leaving me stuck on highway and my bank account with a severe dent in it.. There salesman will say anything to make that sale! So, whoever reads this, good luck I want to thank J&V for a very expensive lesson.. i gave them 1 star because there was not one in the more negative realm..

Excellent to deal with. I needed a part for my 2002 Jeep. They had it, sent me an email to confirm and pay with paypal. I needed help and they were fast and polite. The part I need is in the mail the next day. I would use them again, Mike helped me. He said they have locations in Whippany and Franklin NJ. Great!

First class service, no really I would just go to my local yard but its been a gamble with them, so I found the best price on a newer part for a Honda 2017 and it was shipped supper professional and fast. 5 Stars coming from outside Boston....Thanks
