called ahead of time to drop off for an oil change. waited 15 mins for the manager to stop talking to one customer. he tells me to go pull my car up doesnt take any of my information after seeing me waiting the whole time . within 2 minutes he skips me and moves on to the next customer and is very nasty with me asking had i made an appointment after I already told him I did. I live 1 mile from this sears and I will never go there again.

Told us that it was going to be an hour for an oil change, two hours later we are still waiting. Two people in front of us also expressed concerns with their vehicles including: One individual waiting 3.5 hourswait for an oil change and new tires and they left off the caps for the new tires. Another couple were told that there was a ten minute fix for thier car and after two hours they left with the same issue. Buyer beware!
