This Auto zone Is Garbage!!!! They have no Knowledge of anything!!! They recommend me some Spark Plug Wires for my Ford and they Didnt even Fit. I brought them back to return then and some filter i bought from them the same day that didnt need any more (something that should have taken 10mins max) took almost 2hours!!!! They Came with some bull that they werent going to give me back my money cause they were used. The Lady Who attended me had nasty attitude! Had to Call the Manager which didnt do nothing. She Said no and walked away. On top of The wires being the Main Problem turns out while arguing with them about they put back the other two items i returned on the shelf without doing the return of those too. When i asked about it they acted stupid about it and tried to rob me . I had to Threaten then to Call the Police and only then They decided to Be "Nice" . Worst Store Dont Buy Here Ever

Worst AutoZone ever!, Slow service, long wait and the manager refuse to replace my battery even though my battery is still under warranty and they have it in stock. He kept saying everyone was busy asking me to purchase another battery (so he can make some sale from his store since this battery was not originally purchased from this store but he still should not act like this).. There were only 3 customers there and he had 4 staffs and still saying he cant change it which takes only 5 minutes. This is terrible!! NEVER going there again and I hope the next one i visit is not like this. The manager name is Gonsary, a white guy with a long beard. Worst and lazy guy ever met.

very sad! dont even go there. went to change my car battery, they end up breaking the coolant hose. my car overheated when i drove it and i didnt know whats going on until i parked and saw the hose. went there for only battery change cause i forgot the light in my car, nothing at all was wrong in the car. left there with a big problem. i shouldve knew when he was removing the battery that he dont have knowledge about anything, it took him an hour to find out how to remove a battery from a Benz!!! the funny part "the battery is locked" he said when he couldnt remove the battery. so i had to go on youtube and show him how!!!

Stay away from this AutoZone! The reps inside do not care about your car needs. They Couldnt even come out to a do a 5min check engine diagnostics with 5 reps in the store! The manager (Spanish lady) was one of the worst cashier/manager/worker I have ever encountered, rude, obnoxious, bad attitude all around. I dont understand how these people get jobs, i guess its who you know and not what you know huh.. smh.... this location is lucky to get 1 star, if i could give this place a 0 i would..

Things we depend on... On a second visit, the staff was VERY RUDE and unfriendly, talking in Spanish (wich I understand pretty well) with another staff to watch me so 8 dont make a mess on the shelf she just organized... What a shame... First visit review UNBELIEVABLE 25 minutes for a return! Worst customer service EVER!!! The customer service manager handled the situation to a trainee employee that was eating and in the end the manager himself had to finish the job!

Decent AutoZone. My brother and I came in for a gas cap that my father ended up losing on his truck. At first we thought we would be in and out but it took a bit longer since an employee kept referring to another line that we needed to be in to get a simple gas cap, he ended up helping us after convincing him thats all I needed. Other than that no complaints. They do have a parking lot but just beware that panhandlers will persist on fixing your car or asking for money.

Es una tienda muy mala el parqueo es para que los mecánicos lo usen es sucio nos si esquema los mecánicos que no saben nada lo único que hacen bien Es cobar. Como si tubieran licencia están asociados con los vendedores

store is terrible, customer service is horrible, no one asks you if you need assistance, you get the feeling that they want u to leave. i approached a clerk after standing at register to pay for 10 minutes who is handling the register and he responded that they are to busy and short staffed, mean while they are looking up parts and for the sketchy mechanics that plague the place. r&s straus i wish you never left

Este es el peor autozone q hay...no tienen la suficiente gente para atender las personas..la espera es mala y hasta por 30 minutos para q te atiendan...el servicio al cliente es lo peor de todo

Excellent customer service and was so helpful. We were stressed b/c our car was leaking engine coolant and the person there didnt have to come outside and take a look at where the leak was - but he did. He went far and beyond what he was "assigned" to do, which would normally simply selling the coolant to us. It was raining outside too! What an amazing person he was to be super helpful.

Fire that idiot store manager Mohammad!!! Does not know anything about parts. He is lazy. I always come to this autozone. Dont want to come back. Horrible customer service. Who ever hired him is a desperate and just as dumb. The store looks like crap. Every one looks like they hate their job. I dont blame them that store manager should not be a boss. Store has went to crap.

One time I came here to buy oil for the car. Ended up waiting almost an hour for the manager who took his sweet time to enter in the tax exempt info into the computer. The guy at the register looked nervous waiting and the manager was ignoring me until I practically was like Yo! I been here an hour waiting. I will not go back here again.

The lines are super long. They have people there working but it takes forever for the line to move. Its one thing if the workers were actually helping people, but they arent, theyre just standing around. Go to Advance Auto Parts instead. There is one like 20 blocks away on the same ave.
