This place is horrible the mechanics here dont even know what they are doing!!! I went to them on a Sunday because they were opened and told them one of my head light was out. The manager told me it was going to be 15 dollars at first so I said fine thats a good price. Around half hour later he calls back saying hey we needed to charge you more because we have to remove the bumper. So I said how much will that cost and he told me its 37 now so Im like ok just do it. After all fixed and done I realized one day later the bumper wasnt installed correctly so I went back and showed them. The mechanics has the nerve to say its natural that when you take off the bumper it doesnt go on how it use to be. The second manager told me we cant do anything and this is how it goes. I left furious hearing the excuse they gave me very unprofessional! I told them its impossible that when you put back a bumper it becomes loose. So they call me back for a resulotion. I though something was wrong so I bought it to my mechanic asking what happened. He pull off the bumper and noticed the clip broke off after napa mechanic from flushing fixed it. I called them back saying you guys broke my bumper and now I want my bumper fixed for what you guys did. The second manager says this is not a perfect world and we could only refund you 20 dollars!!! I told them who fixes something and breaks it stating they are not responsible for the damage? This place claims they have mechanics with degrees but I feel he mechanic who repaired it for me didnt even have this license! Horrible place and managers who keeps pushing blame on customers. Ohh yeah the manager also said that I might have broken it and went back to them. Representing napa as a company is so embrassing knowing that they dont know what they are doing!!! If you want you car fix right without anything breaking dont go there!!! Horrible experience. Now I have to go repair my bumper when I only went to them to install a head light.

Bad ！！！dont go ！！！idiot break my ties. Try to get extra money from you ！！！这家店黑！！补胎很不专业。别去～去修过两次轮胎，都被告知需要换新的。第二次去，明明才扎了一个钉子，却说我那有两个洞不能补。其实，他抽钉子时根本没拔出来，然后又给我扎了一个洞！由于轮胎比较旧，时间比较赶，没跟他计较。不会再回去！

I went to this shop on the recommendation of a friend who gets her repairs done here. And let me say I was not disappointed. They were patient in my lack of knowledge of cars (so obvious) as I tried to explain the issues I was having. They really know their stuff and asked me the right questions to figure out the root of the issue. Ive been to numerous shops over the years and have been majorly dissatisfied but this one is a trustworthy one who doesnt try to rip me off. Go check it out for yourself. Plus the location is awesome because I can grab a bite, grocery shop while I wait and then go get a car wash at the best car wash in all of Queens across the street.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend since I needed to get my car inspected. The owner along with the mechanics there are friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out very quickly. The person that I worked with at the front desk, Andrew, gave me very honest feedback about what I might have to look out for in the future regarding the maintenance of my car, and I would definitely recommend their services to others. Great service!

They are trying to get extra money for inspection,they told me that my car has not pass inspection for a break light and rear tires and air filter,my air filter has less than a 1000 since I replaced it,break light wasnt working,I told them that I can do it my self so I took my car back without inspection,guess what? Break light it is working!!!! I will never take my car back to them. I got charged $37 anyway

this guy told me the car cat pass inspection because it need rear wipers,lol i told hem it go nothing to do with emissions, he says is safely, i said hell no,i will take to another place he got mad and told me go pay $100 to pass it,went to another place pay $37 got new sticker,he think people is stupid because he deal with old ladys and they dont know no better, but we written bad reviews of him all day,

I went there to get my car checked,cause sound wired,then they told me they was too busy,will help me check it yhe day after.End up the just helped me did the oil change without asking me first and charge me $90 for oil change.I could get it done for $35 in another place and my car problem is still not fix.Dont Ever Come Here.

Brought my car here to fix my window(wasnt rolling up) these idiots broke my door handle latch and tried to glue it back together. I brought my car to my regular shop to get fixed and they showed me. I swear I wouldnt recommend this Napa or any Napa for that matter to my worst enemy. Doesnt even deserve this one star. IDIOTS

The staff at NAPA are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My car broke down near by on a Sunday. I walked asking for help and the staff contacted a town truck, fixed the car and walked me through each step of the process. I was in and out in 3 hours. Great service!

Prices are a bit higher that what im used to paying but management is nice and attentive. They may want to educate their staff. The mechanic doesnt pick up after himself and leaves his trash in my carel. This has happened everytime.
