I bought a right ankle lace up brace for an expensive $30.00 price. I wore it for 1 hour and realized that the pain was excruciating from the type of brace that was sold to me. After the one hour I removed the brace. When I say remove I had to yank it off because my ankle swelled up to a magnitude where the brace could not be removed without force. Unable to drive back same day I planned to return after work the next day and after hours of icing my foot so I could manage the ride. I get there only to be told they will not accept the return because I wore it for 1 singular hour. Because of the 1 singular hour of use I had to call my doctor, increase my pain medication, and can no longer walk. This pharmacy cant make right on a purchase which further injured my ankle. For this reason I cannot support a money hungry business such as this one. I will not be returning to such a business that cannot rectify a situation where people are in need of help and only think about increasing its profits. They did not help me but shamelessly further depleted my money. Then, wanted to know if I wanted to buy something else -- I thank you for your assistance in extending my recovery time.

I have used this pharmacy for a long time (They have moved west down main st to the plaza adjacent to the Post Office; 1004 Main Street, Fishkill, NY 12524) I have always received very courteous service at this place. I suspect the person writing the negative review was sore due to having been caught parking in the reserved spaces when he/she was not shopping in Medcap. Parking is very tight at times in this area and I have parked across the street. The new plaza should eliminate this.

I travel 21 miles round trip to get my medicine here although I have a drug store 1/2 block from my apartment. Kenny has been my pharmacist for years.There is no one more professional or caring about his clients.He often advises about medicine usage,pointing up things the doctor SHOULD have told you but didnt. The best.

They are always ready to answer any questions I have and you can find a variety of products in the store. Highly recommend
