I went in to pick up a script. The first guy who tried to help me, obviously had no idea what he was doing. So this lady decided to "help" me. She knew right away that it was my first time there, but waited until she found my script to say, "I found it, but I cant give it to you today." I waited a moment for her to go on, but she didnt, so I had to awkardly ask her why she couldnt help me today. She told me that they were closed. According to Yahoo, theyre open until 6:30 (which Im not blaming them for). I knew it wasnt 6:30 yet, so I asked her what time they closed, and she told me 6:00. I took out my cellphone and it was 5:53 so I asked her if it would take more than 7 minutes. She said yes in a way that sounded like she was lying (but hey, I could be wrong!) and then told me that there are only 2 minutes left. Again, I looked at my phone (which gets the time from satellites, as Im sure most people know) and said, "are you sure?" She told me yes and pointed at their security cameras that said 5:58. At this point, she was handing me a new customer paper to fill out so that I could come back in the morning and get it. I told her that I had a doctors appointment in the morning and that Id have them send the script somewhere else. My biggest issues were the way she talked to me, and the way they were just so unwilling to give decent customer service. The lady seemed very snotty the whole time with her tone of voice, and she just seemed like she didnt care at all about helping me out. Any other place Ive been will help you until the very minute they close, even if that means that they have to go a few minutes past closing. Im not going to give my business to a company that couldnt care less about me, so obviously I will NOT be going back there! Also, there were very strong smells in there, so anyone with a sensitive nose wouldnt want to go in there.

Hmm I read bad reviews, dont know. I have been coming here for almost 3 years, whether otc medicine , prescriptions for me or my kids, every day needs, fashion jewelry, make up, anything. I am absolutely happy with the store and the staff. I have always been treated friendly, as far as the pharmacy counter goes, they are always friendly, on time with meds, and they are always willing to work with me when needed. I will pick this store just about over any store for anything that I can buy here. MS

This is the best pharmacy!!! Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They know their customers well. They always have my medications ready on time. I have never had any complaints from them. Oh and their store is always very clean!!!
