Worst customer service ever. Called them with a specific part number, they said they had them. Asked them to lay out parts on the counter as I was on my way they said no problem. Got there, they kept me waiting in the store for 45 minutes and than surprise surprise no part. Nasty attitudes all around. Calling corporate to make formal complaint.

No basic parts on stocks. Have to buy a lower cuality because they dont have the hight quality one with life time warranty. Have to wait for 4 days. no customer appreciation.

Always nice and clean. I go there for oil specials usually get 5 quarts of oil and a filter for my car at a great price. They also carry Griots detailing supplies very nice!!
