I called ahead and asked if a part was in stock, they said yes. I drove there and the part was not in stock. I then asked to rent a part and an Auto Zone employee was complaining about his hours. I was standing in front of him at the desk and he ranted for 3 minutes to another employee ignoring me. I finally was able to ask the employee if I could rent a certain part and he literally plopped a binder on the desk and walked away. I asked "whats this?"…he said "find your part!" The binder was torn, and falling apart. I found my part and this same employee rang me up, handed me a piece of of paper (not a receipt) and walked away…I asked "whats this?". He said "its ordered"…I said "OK, for when? When do I come back?" The employee just walked away. This is the worst customer service next to airports. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a new manager to hire new people with better training. I will never go back.

Had to wait in a separate line for over an hour for a battery test. Even though I was going to spend $100 with them, because I wasnt in the checkout line, cash in hand, they ignored me. And I wasnt alone. Repeated requests were shrugged off. If they werent the only place reasonably close, theyd have lost my business that day.

I parked in the lot, as I was going to purchase new wiper blades... But my car got booted in the lot when I quickly walked away from my car for 5-10 minutes to grab something down the street before I went into AutoZone. It cost me $50 and a terrible experience.

Poor service, called them on 08/19/2011 to find if the part is available, was told part is in store and available for pick up, when came over they were not able to find the part, didnt even apologize, just lost my time, so unprofessional...

Save yourself the headache and go straight to the new auto zone off of west main street. The employees are much more professional and actually know what they are doing. Horrible customer service here!

I work on all my cars so I come here a lot. Just wait in line and the counter staff is very willing to help and look up parts for you. Get the rewards card and youll be getting $20 back in no time.

They always have or can always get the part I need within a day. The alternator I bought from here broke after a few months and it took two seconds to swap out for a new one.
