This has to be one of the very few shops that will do on the spot tune ups and repairs. Try that at a Westchester County, NY shop and you will get your bike back in weeks. Jimmy, the owner, oversees all the work and at times chips in and works on bikes with the other mechanics. If you want your bike attended to, fast, this place is best and the work is professional. You may have to wait an hour or two if they are busy but they work very fast. The only downsides I can tell you about this shop, is parking is a headache, you are best to park on the street as soon as you can find a space, there are only a few spaces for parking by the shop and usually they are taken. Also, this shop is often understaffed so if it is busy, you will not get much attention. I purchased a new Trek Road Bike here and the prices are competitive. I wanted to test ride the bike before purchasing one but you cant do it at this shop. The shop is also very small and does not have many accessories. Go to this shop for repairs and work done on the bike, and buy your accessories for your bike on-line as I do. I would also return to this shop to buy a new bike in the future.

Disliked the fact that he way overcharged to put some spokes & nipples on a rim, disliked the fact that he acted as if he was doing me a favor, disliked the fact he sold me a horn that broke the same day, and didnt want to exchange it, let alone refund my hard earned money. Did like the fact he was quick, though not quick enough to charge me for 3 hours at $80, WTF?!?! Waste your money here if you must, especially since there dont seem to be any other bicycle shops in the area, I myself will travel the extra mile for better service (Peak Mountain Bikes, Douglaston N.Y, Jerry is the man! $40 for the same exact job on the other rim), there are better places. This store is owned by a dishonest, unreasonable person in my book, lesson learned.

I went there since it look like it was a professional shop but not in reality. Went there for a flat tire. Got it fix and by the time i got home i had a flat tired the same tired! Went there the second day and ask for a discount on a new tube since they fail to repair it . Then they told me it was my tired( a 3 month old tired) ha . They try to sell me a special tired for $50. Im not coming back to that over price shop.after a week I went to a real pro bicycle shop and they found a small shaving hair like piece of metal. This was causing my flat tired. I do not recommended this place to anyone. They fail to check the tire for this piece of metal that was causing my second(2nd) flat tired within 24 hours.

My Girlfriend and I chanced upon a League Fuji road bike being cut from a bike rack by sanitation workers. It was perfect size for her, but missing a back wheel. New chain, cables, rear wheel, tube and tire plus labor, $150. Not bad to resurrect a vintage chromoly race frame that retailed for 3 or 4 times that amount way back when. I also read a review from someone saying their childs bike had a tangled rusty bike chain. The bike shop was correct in insisting that you replace it. There is no telling what level of corrosion has occured. Simply oiling it is no enough. Rusted chains tend to snap at the worst possible moment, like in traffic.

I went to the store this morning to discuss purchasing bikes for myself and my wife. There were two other customers in the store, but there didnt seem to be anyone working there. After spending 20 minutes looking around and going to the empty counter three times, I just left. No one approached me or any of the other customers the entire time I was there! Nice customer service. There are plenty of bike shops in the area, maybe one of them actually wants my business.

Worst experience ever. I will never go there again I wasted my time very unprofessional. They charged me to straighten my tire and barely did anything.. on top of that when he was done his gave me my bike back with a flat and said it was like that .I just had to get our of there .my opinion hes a rip off and will try to get over on you.He will keep you waiting all day just not to lose out on money.

I went here to get a basket, a kickstand, and oil for my bicycle. They had many varieties of baskets to choose from which I was quite pleased with, and attached it for me, along with the kickstand free of charge. While they were at it, they also oiled my chain and pumped my tires, also free of charge. I had a great experience with them, and I cannot wait to take my bicycle back here!

I had visited this so called bike repair shop to fix my daughters bike chain that had been tangled on the bike frame. So I was told that I could not be fixed and that it needed a new chain do to rust and new derailleur. Well thanks to you tube and a little oil I had fixed it my self BTW this was a 50 dollar toys r us bike he could not fix or tried to jerk me for more money

First of all, worst people you will find here. Expensive products and they make customers feel like they dont know what theyre doing. Instead of giving advice and assessing the problem with your bike, they will just tell you to buy theyre product and the labor cost is so expensive! I Will never recommend them to anyone. I CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE OWNER, HES TRUE TO HIS WORD. THE SHOP IS SMALL BUT HE CAN DELIVER(TO THE STORE) WHAT YOU NEED. IM ON MY SECOND BIKE PURCHASE, PAYING $$$$ BECAUSE I TRUST HIS EXPERTISE. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY CYCLIST YOUNG AND OLD WEVE ALL HAD BAD EXPERIENCES, BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN WE HAVE TO JUDGE EVERY PERSON, PLACE BY WHAT WE WENT THROUGH.

This place will rob you blind you go in for one thing an come out paying for a whole lot of things they need to post signs for pricing an explain to you before they do service what you need before doing it wasnt happy felt like I was ripped off when in for 2 inner tubes came about spending 115.00 very upset .

Ive bought several bikes here for myself and for family members, and this shop will always be my first choice. Owner, Mr. James, is especially conscientious and helpful.

That one bub who fixes bikes is extremely nice and should work at a more quality shop because these guys dont deserve to do business.

Owner treats customers like idiots. Overcharges as well. You will wait 20+ minutes for service even if you already know what you are looking for and they clearly have it on the shelf, apparently multitasking isnt a thing. Terrible customer service.
