I have been going to Twin Bicycles for many years now and can say I would never want to go to any other bike shop. The Young brothers are driven and passionate about their work. They always will help you and answer any questions you have, even give you answers you didnt even know you needed. These guys are the best with pricing, products and customer service. To those who say they talk too much on the phone, its cause they are being as helpful as possible to anyone that calls. If you want to walk into a bike store and walk out fast with little knowledge about the bike youre getting, go to Walmart. These guys will make sure you will get everything you need.

Now, I have read the other comments,the bad ones, and people might think its like a gang or group just putting bad reviews but its not. Its all true what they are saying. This place is bad and there is no doubt about it. The truth is, is that its expensive,a rip off,and wtf is with phones these days?? They let people speak for like 9 god damned hours... Also the racks are just fixes(out dated bikes) and used bikes.. Do not do any business here...

Went there to go buy his/hers mountain bikes for my wife and I. Got a very fair deal and store warranty for the Marins for a year. These guys were very knowledgeable and were patient with us since we didnt buy right away. They answered all the questions i asked and after i shopped around i decided that this the was best place to buy. We recommend this place for anyone that doesnt want to feel rushed in the buying process. 5 stars.

Let me just start off when you get in... The price is way too high on many items.. The bikes look used.. Probably are. Also, when the man is on the phone he stays on forever and never quits talking. Go here and you waste so much time talking.... If you want your bike fixed or have something installed onto it do not go here they screw up your bike then make an excuse.... At some points there is rudeness
