Do not I repeat DO NOT order from this place. Horrible service. Good delivery took over 2 hours to be delivered, "manager" was rude, unapologetic, and incompetent to manage a restaurant. After I called and demanded refund because the fries, wrap for my pregnant wife and grilled cheese for my daughter was cold he said only if he could send the delivery driver back to get the food, Im assuming to rewrap and sell to someone else, or why else would he want it back. STAY AWAY!!! FOR A $20 order. Not worth it. Many other diners in the area. Negative stars-

I used to order from here almost everyday their food was pretty good at first and then I dont know what happened they started serving raw meats so i started asking for everything well done they sent it even rawer they never put butter with my baked potatoe even wen asked they changed the steaks to smaller ones its sad because I actually really liked this place but now Its like all their cooks and everybody got lazy they knew my adress by heart I tipped them really good and it seem the more loyal I was to their diner the worst the food service was

Horrible, I live in the neighborhood and tried it many times. Im done with this place. Their service is horrible, and the host was rude. Even their deliveries suck. The food is fair as long as its not delivered. I know what your thinking, why did I tried it so many times. Well its the only diner thats close to me. They will never get my money i rather get up and cook breakfast, then to depend on their horrible service.

Recently passed by and didnt like how the attendant took my order. She was very stiff to the menu and didnt accept modification to the order as I have previously done in the past; even though I explained to her why I was doing it. I also told her that I was willing to pay for the differences if any. -She was not open to the customers needs. The food is still great, great breakfast, although not cheap!

I believe the menu here is identical to Golden Eagle I, which is only a couple of blocks away. The food is more or less identical; cheap and satisfactory. The difference is the service. This Golden Eagle is much smaller and the staff is much warmer. Getting a refill on coffee and getting in and out in a timely fashion is not so difficult.

A local place for cheap clean food and good service its always consistent most recently rated (A) by NYC dept of health choose this golden eagle rather than the one up the block Frequented by con Edison and Verizon workers , meanin the place is good in my opinion !

Sat and waited for so long I had to get up and ask for menus for me and my family. Waitress never took our order. Got up and left when I saw people who just walked in getting there orders taken.waste of time. Spanish restaurant down the block is alot better.
