WORST POSSIBLE RETAILER AVAILABLE. Do not order anything from this company unless you want a two week long headache with retun policies and exchanges. I bought a pair of cleats for my sister and the broke the same day she wore them for the first time, i called to return or exchange them, they did not want to do either. After arguing for about 15 minutes i was offered store credit for it, after 2 weeks of calling to place an order with my store credit, they called me to inform me two idems on my list were not in stock, when i called to switch all items i had which were 4 they told me i couldnt and that the two items they did have in stock were going to be shipped that same day. After arguing once again but this time for 40 MINUTES i was able to order what i wanted, but with very rude customer service and very uninformed and unprofessional people, no respect whatsoever and VERY RUDE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM! My daughter is always buying cleats online and we never had any problems with any other company but this one. FIRST AND LAST TIME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Place straight up sucks. Sent the wrong size for a Christmas present, staff totally not helpful, and on top of that they too another month to process my return and exchange. Tried to contact someone to expedite my order, and I even said I would pay the shipping. I was then bounced around, to a few mumblers with no clue of what was going on. Finally I was just passed to someones voice mail, left a message and was never contacted back. I suggest if you find something you like, keep looking around and get it from someone else even if its going to cost you a little more. Never again order from these dum-dums.

I ordered MENS SALOMON EVASION MID GTX BOOTS and they had the best price online that I could find.The shipping time was a little longer then expected but I was in no rush for the shoes. I even emailed the customer support team when I was feeling a little impatient and they responded to me quickly and politely assured me that it takes a about 8 business days to ship their product. The product itself is fantastic! Very high quality and no frays or loose fibers anywhere. Thank you for the great deal!

I ordered boots which took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. There were materials in the boots that were not listed in the description, so I returned them with a request for an exchange. Over a month later I called to check on the return and they said they had no record of the return and refused to refund what I had paid for the first pair and refused to send me another pair of boots. So they have my money and the boots. $70 gone, three months and no boots.

I ordered the item from Amazon whom I trust. Unfortunately the item was sold through Amazon by Shopping Blitz. Placed the order on 1 February and was advised it was shipped within the 6 day range as described after the order was placed. It is now 15 February and Shopping Blitz has advised a 23 February delivery. No explanation, no warning before the order was place, just horrible. Advise everybody to stay away from these snakes.

I dont understand what the bad reviews are about because they had the absolute best customer service Ive ever experienced. I had to return an item twice because it didnt fit they way I expected and they were nothing but helpful, most other places wouldve said the first time was enough but the people at Shopping Blitz go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I will be recommending all my friends to shop here.

Poor customer service for a MISTAKE THEY MADE. Shopping Blitz sent me the wrong item, Mary Jane shoes instead of Wonder Woman Boots. Instead of correcting their error and sending out the correct shoes immediately. They indicated that I must wait (about 2+ weeks after my original order), until they receive the return package going from LA to NJ, BEFORE they will send out what I really ordered.

First let me APOLOGIZE to the CS rep at Shopping Blitz. I read one of the reviews and I panicked. Other than the website glitch Shopping Blitz was on point. I placed my order over the phone and five days later I received my boots. There is a LIVE CHAT portal on the website and I chatted with someone immediately. THANK YOU SHOPPING BLITZ YOU HAVE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered a Carlos Santana hat and it was such a blatant knock off. Doesnt say Santana on the inside, hat was VERY damaged. The lining was barely attached. The pin was the wrong color, painted silver (on plastic) and on the wrong side. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! If you want the real thing, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

They didnt have the item I wanted, but the customer service helped me find a nice alternative. Shipping was a bit slower than I am used to, but was free and arrived as was advertised on the website. All in all I got a good deal (cheaper than anywhere else) and will use them again, when Im not in a lot of rush to get the item.

They said it would take 8-10 days to ship the product. On day 17 I finally called to see where it was and it still hadnt shipped or even filled the order. They were incredibly unapologetic and made no effort to fix the situation. They did issue a refund while I was on the phone, so that was quick and efficient at least.

Ordered pants but they didnt fit. I returned the pants but they made me pay for the return shipping even though it showed free returns and shipping at time of order. I recommend avoiding them unless you are 100% sure you will be keeping what you order.
