Very bad experience here!! I have waited like ten minutes to check out. However, there is no customer in front of me. I dont know why those cashiers didnt want to help me. Because I am not an American?? They just did their paper works, and chatting with each other. They did not give me any reasons to explain that 狗屎！操你妈逼的傻逼美国人，只有我一个人等着结账，你们他妈的有四个人却一个都不帮我，还在互相聊天，真是脑子有屎！垃圾地方，垃圾服务

Kind of disappointed with this place its more a yuppie clothing store then anything. Very little North Face gear other then some urban back packs and shoes. Its all clothing, aimed at city and urban people more then true adventures. They do have some clothing suitable for real outdoor adventures but clearly that is not the focus of this outlet store.

You will find the best values here! Since its an outlet store, things can get hectic, and a sales rep may not approach you to help you. But, if you ask one of the employees on the floor, they will be more than happy to help you. Buttom line, I only get my North Face gear here. Every where else is just way to expensive.

Its supposed to be an outlet most things are a little bit below retail, but you can find some really good deals on North Face products if you look around
